When the Doctor regenerates into his latest incarnation, the 14th Doctor, he lands in Equestria and meets Twilight Sparkle and the others, only to find that one Dalek ship has followed him and is housing 10,000 Daleks on board. Their plan is to exterminate one pony in particular, Twilight Sparkle herself. But what happens when an old enemy of Twilight's teams up with the Daleks?
