//-------------------------------------------------------// Sisterly Troubles -by MyChemicalRomano- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 - Humans //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 - Humans After the coronation of Princess Twilight Sparkle, everypony in Equestria lived in harmony and peace, it was as if life was finally complete in there, as if everypony had finally settled down, as there had been a few pretty insane villains over the past couple of years, although the elements of harmony had succeeded at all of the tasks that had been thrown at them, despite some ponies still believed that Equestria was still at risk of falling and a new empire shall rise, but that's mostly what the elderly ponies say, you know how they waffle on about nothing important. Luna had even asked Celestia if she could banish the crazy ones to the moon once! *** It was a normal day when I woke up. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, but that didn't make me happy. I knew that today was just another regular day to get picked on once again, just because me and my sister, Gold Lilly, were ponies. We were different to the rest of them, we were different to everyone on this planet. We lived with humans. Our home is on a place called Earth, where none of our kind exist. People say were just an illusion, or this is all some sort of stuid joke. They tell us everyday that we don't belong here, which we don't we belong with our own kind, and we were an accident and we should go kill ourselves. Our names were practically changed as other people of our age called us names like, accident, sick joke and various over things I would not like to speak of. Me and my sister are 17 years of age, and we currently live somewhere in Canada. It's nice here and all, in fact its really nice, but we belong in a place with pony kind, where we can live together in harmony with out being bullied and teased and being called nalled names. But I suppose that will never happen,  but we can only hope... I jumped out of my bed and walked over to my mirror. I picked up my hair brush and started to comb through my multi-coloured mane. It wasn't too tangled. After I had finished sorting out my mane I walked over to Gold Lilly's room and knocked on her door. "Gold Lilly, time to wake up! We have school today" I said hesitantly, already knowing from hmy sisters past acts that she would deny my request, well it's actually more of a demand if you think about it, but I know what I meant. I heard her sister groan but before she could say anything else, then Gold Lilly shouted to to me, "Before you say or complain about anything, I'm actually up," replied an obviously annoyed Gold Lilly. I heard a few crashes before I saw the door handle twist and then I saw my younger sister standing before me. Her mane was actually brushed for once, and boy did it look amazing. "Hey sis, wanna stop staring at me like your some sort of crazy fan filly and get some breakfast?" said my beaming sister, looking as if she was excited for the day ahead of her, that would only happen if they ever woke up in Equestria. I slowly nodded, walking down the creaky stairs, as we lived in an abandoned home with only a few essentials in order to survive. Even though we were greatful for all we had, and thank god we did as we wouldnt be here right now, we were some lucky ponies. We entered the slowly crumbling kitchen to find there was one slice of plain bread on the table, as we used all of our food wisely, as we could not afford anything else. Our purses were empty as we had no money and our clothes were old and ragged. I walked over to the kitchen table, which was wooden and half snapped, and tore the peice of bread in half. I grabbed one half the bread and offered it to my sister, and as soon as she saw it she snatched it out of my hoof and devoured it in only a few seconds. As for myself, I nibbled at it, and decided I would just eat it on my was to school and save a bit for lunch. I walked over to the boarded up door, using all my strength to push most of the planks of wood out of the way so we could get outside, as we always put the wood back whenever we left the house. As for getting back in, I know a bit of karate so I kick the door open with my front leg, even though I have to prop my leg up on the kitchen table for about ten minutes. When we arrived at school everypony stared at us until one of the popular kids started painting at us and started laughing. "Hey everyone, or should I say everypony! Its the mistakes!" Said one of the female popular students. I ran towards the girl who had just tormented us and stared deeply into both of her dark green eyes. "You know what you did," I said as I whispered into the girls ear. Her eyes widened as she slowly slipped further to the ground, but shouting for her boyfriend to come save her from me. She called me a monster, as if I was trying to kill her or something. I gave a narrow eyed glare at the rest of the students, saying that they should never mess with me or my sister. At that moment the bell rang, signalling that our first class was starting. I only just remembered, today we had a test in chemistry. I groaned as my once cheerful expression turned into a frown. My younger sister nudged my shoulder, sharing the same frown as me. "Don't worry, we both have the exact same test at the same time. We'll get through this together," Said Gold Lilly with a reassuring smile. I smiled back at my sisters confidence, and we proceeded to walk to our chemistry class, because we had nothing to put away in our lockers. After the test it was time for lunch. I was starving. I grabbed the leftover bread from earlier and we both headed to the cafeteria. I gave a glare and a sarcastic smile to anyone who dared to try and insult me. My sister his behind me flashing a small smile as I looked back at her. After math and science it was time to go home. I dragged my sister out of school and all the way home. I kicked the door open and sat down at the table and propped my leg up on the table. Another day, another bully cleared out of the way. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 - A Family That's Falling Apart //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 - A Family That's Falling Apart As the day came to it's end, Sterling shouted at her sister, constantly demanding her to get to bed. Gold Lilly just groaned and continued to moan. She simply stated that she refused to go to bed over and over again. "But sis, it's Saturday tomorrow! We can sleep in!" Shouted Lilly to her older sister, who's face was filled with disagreement on the case. "No! You know that isn't good for your health!" Shouted Sterling, her expression was not happy, and when she wasn't happy, Gold Lilly wasn't either. Its as if they shared the same emotions, as if they were connected by some sort of magical barrier. As Sterling's face came closer to Gold Lilly, it turned into a stare. Lilly was terrified, that terrified that it brought back memories of her past. She remembered the time that a male student tripped her up and sent her flying. She face planted the floor, leaving blood all over it for the cleaners to try to clean up. Unlucky for her that it was outside on the concrete ground too. That day she had broke her arm and her nose, and then twisted her wrist! Yet, the teachers did nothing about it exept say it was an accident. The two sisters belived that he should have at least been suspended for a few days for the amount of damage he had caused for them. Coming back into reality, Sterling was still luring over her face. Terrified, Gold Lilly burst into tears and ran over to the stairs. Forgetting the stories that Sterling had told her in the past that the stairs can easily break, she ran towards them and then sprinted up the stairs. They creaked and shuddered, but surprisingly, they didn't break. Sterling stared in shock but was snapped back into reality when she heard a loud slam of a door, making the entire unsturdy house shake. The ceiling started to slowly crumble, and bits of debris fell to the ground, some of them hitting the purple made on the head. She hissed through her teeth because of the amount of pain now on her head. Her mane was filled with dust and tiny bits of wood, giving her splinters. Then came a loud bang from the ceiling. Suddenly, the entire house started to shake and double the amount of wood fell from the ceiling this time. Panicking, Sterling ran towards the entrance of the house, kicking down the wood from the door by using a karate kick and ran out of the slowly crumbling and stood atleast 50 centimetres away from it as she watched it go down in flames. Well, not exactly flames but, it pretty much collapsed. Realising she had left Gold Lilly in the unstable building, she galloped towards the pile of ruins and debris inside of the house, as the walls were just as unstable as the house, but had not yet fallen down on the floor. She rummaged through the pile of wood, which could easily give you splinters, and  some things she recognised as her their stuffed animals which they had since they were little foals. She gasped at the sight of them, stuck under the rubbish the floors had left behind with huge rips across them. Sterling thought to herself, I have to get them out, or Gold Lilly will be devastated as well as depressed! That's if she's still alive... A look of determination spread across her light purple face as she delved into the pile of thick wood. She hissed in pain whilst doing so, but she confined to try to free there plush toys. After five minutes of trying to grab them, she finally brought her hooves out of the mess and two soft toys were in her presence. She smiled, but them exclaimed at the extreme pain coming from all of her fresh splinters, as she had lost a lot of her blood. But she didn't give up. Next on her list was to find her sister and return her to safety. No matter what it took, she knew her sister would no doubt need somepony to lend her a hoof, and none of the school kids or doctors and nurses could understand her pain and help her. For a matter of fact, she knew the times she was going through. She had suffered the same pain she had once before, and now she was in so much agony that she almost lost consciousness. She suddenly felt light headed and an agonising migraine hit her. The tall unicorn gasped and fell to the ground. All that could be heard was a loud ringing in her ears, and then she was  out like a light. *** Many moons later, she woke up to the sound of beeping and pastel green walls. She was in a hospital. Suddenly, a long, continuous beeping noise was heard, and the doctor rushed into the room. He stared at her wide eyed, sighed and then said, "Turn off the life support machine, she's gone..." The purple unicorn stared at the man and shouted, "But I'm not dead!" then everything faded to black. *** Sterling screamed in horror as her eyes shot open. She was in the ruins of their house. It was only just a dream. The multicoloured maned mare sighed in relief, but then the realisation hit her. She probly didn't have a lot of time till she passed out again, so she slowly got to her hooves and began to search the rest of the house. After twenty minutes of searching, she had found nothing and felt like she was going to fall to the floor and pass out once again. Many thought were rushing through her mind at that moment in time, but the main one was this, No, I must stay strong. For Gold Lillys life depends on it! If she's not already dead that is...Don't let those thoughts get to you Sterling! she lightly tapped her head with her hoof, meaning to slap herself but she knew if she did, that would be the last of her for a few days. She sighed, signalling that she had lost all hope in finding her sister. But suddenly, she got a brilliant idea. I haven't checked the area surrounding our house! But before she could be going anywhere, she fell to the floor and passed out once again. She seriously needed to see a doctor about this before she was completely drained of her blood and was left lifeless... -To Be Continued...-
