Here are some thing you need to know.
-Anything pink is Diane rambling. It isn't all that important to the story. You may skip it if you wish to.
-The characters and their ages (so far) are Vincent at 29, Mrs Cawthon at 47, and Dian at 26 (in order of appearance).
-this takes place in fnaf 2 AFTER fnaf one (backwards IK) and in 2015.

(Vincent's pov)
I walked into the pizzeria at around 10pm. I start to head to the night guard office seeing as tonight was my shift. But before I can even get to the hallway, my boss, Mrs. Cawthon, pulled me to the side.
"Vincent,there'sanewnightguard,andIneedyoutohelpher.ShehasADHDandwon'tbefocusedenoughtodoitalonesocanyoudoit,please?(Vincent, there's a new night guard, and I need you to help her tonight. She has ADHD and won't be focused enough to do it alone so can you do it, please?)" It takes me a second to register what she said. Once I do, I smile and say, "Sure, no problem Mrs. C." "Good! Now, she is kinda like you. Well, Sorta. You see-" She was cut of by the door openings and a melodic high pitched voice saying "I'm here!" I look to see who had spoken. When I do, I see a pink girl with magenta hair that was poofy-er than a cloud...made out of cotton candy. the only things on her that weren't some shade of pink was her belt badge, which was golden with a sapphire balloon on it, and her sky blue eyes. It was sickening. If you can't tell, I. Hate. Pink.
"Oh, Diane, you're early." "Sorry Mrs. C, but I just was too excited to wait!" She walked over to me and said "You must be Vincent! I'm Diane! But people call me Pink, Pinks, Pinkie, or Pinkamina! Oh! Look! Your purple! I thought I was the only one with weird skin! *giggle* Is purple your favorite color purple? That would be cool! Oh, but what if purple was your least favorite color? That would be terrible for you! Oh! Oh! Do yo-" She was cut of by Mrs. C putting a hand over her mouth. "Diane, your rambling again." "Sorry" Came a muffled reply. "Pinkie, Why don't you go to the office?" "Okay!" Then, faster than you can say "Ponies are cool" She was gone. Mrs. C turns to me." Vince, Please, Please, Please, try to make sure she doesn't... you know. She could be are one way ticket out of the bad reputation we have, Okay?" " You got it, Mrs. C."
I walk into the office only to be bombarded by yellow and blue balloons. I yell in surprise as Diane jumps out at me saying "Surprise! Do you like it? Do you? Do you?" Getting up, I looked around. I was completely baffled. Some how in the time she was alone she put up about 50 balloons, a cake, and a pink and blue banner that says: Let's Party!(like the picture at the top) I had only one thought. 'This is going to be a long night.'
(Diane's pov)
When I had entered the pizzeria, I saw my boss and a purple man. When the purple man had saw me his smile instantly disappeared and was replaced with a frown. In hopes of using my bubbly attitude to make him smile again, I introduced myself and complimented him, though now that I think about it it probably came out more as a comparison than a compliment. Unfortunately, his frown only grew and he was now glaring at me.
When Mrs. C sent me to the office, I decided to throw a mini party to cheer up the man, Vincent, up. So as soon as I got there a quickly put up a cake, 57 balloons, and a banner that said: Let's Party! I hid under the desk waiting for him. When he did finally come in I jumped out and said "Surprise!" and asked him if he liked it. All he did in reply was look around and groan. My smile faltered at that, but it quickly returned and I hugged him and took out my camera in one quick motion. I told him to smile and took the picture. He just sighed in frustration and sat down n one of the chairs. I sighed sadly and asked him "Do you want cake? It's chocolate." He looked at me and said "Why not." So I grabbed a slice for him and handed it to him, then grabbed a slice for myself.
There was an awkward silence between us until the clock struck 12. that's when Vincent got up and threw away his plate then looked at me and said "Okay, listen, the information I'm about to tell you will probably save your life. The animatronics here move. They'll try -scratch that- succeed in getting in the office. When they do, you'll need to put on one of those masks." He points to the Chica and Freddy masks next to us. "Only take it of if you're sure they're gone. there's also a music box you have to wind. If you don't then the marionette will come out, and he isn't fooled by the mask." By the time he was done talking, I was already looking through the cameras.
After a few hours of me looking through the cameras and Vincent checking the lights, Bon Bon(Toy Bonnie) moved. I searched for him until I found him in the vents. "Vince, Bon's in the vent." I said, fear littered through my voice. He looked at me then with a strict tone he said "Keep an eye on him, I'll check the vents. And don't forget the music box." I wound up the music box and put the camera down only to have Vincent put the Chica mask on me. Once my eyes adjusted to the change of light, I saw Bon looking at us, as if inspecting us. Then he left back the way he came. I took off my mask and turned to Vincent. "Thanks, I would have been robot chow if it weren't for you." I said, smiling at him the turning my attention back to the screen.
Thats how the rest of the night went. Me telling Vincent where the animatronics were and winding up the music box. And him checking the lights and giving me my mask if needed. More than once, Vincent has saved my butt. Though, Once I saved him because he was distracted by one of the balloons getting in his way. I literally had to throw his mask on his face. Through the night, only Bon Bon and Chi(Toy Chica) moved.
When it was 6 we cleaned up the leftover party stuff that was laying around and went outside. Vincent turned to me and said "Diane, wanna go get some ice cream? We kinda got of to a rough start and I want to make it up to you." I tought about it ands finally replied "Sure Vincy! Oh, wait can I call you that. It's okay if you don't want me to. I can just call you vincent" "It's okay, Pinkie" I smiled and we headed to his purple car.
