Dear Princess Celestia,

I wish to inform you there has been a slight... Disturbance. Earlier today, I was in the middle of studying when I heard a series of loud pops and howls coming from the Everfree Forest. Seeing that this may be a problem, I went to investigate with Rainbow Dash. We arrived at the site, but only found twigs and blood. We shrugged it off as nothing, and went back home. A few minutes ago, I was approached by a tall creature similar to a monkey, but with no tail or fur. It called itself 'Aleksandr', and appears to be friendly. He spoke in a thick Stalliongrad accent, and sounded distinctly male. He is currently residing in my basement, and is asleep. It appears to have contraptions which appear to be weapons, which were likely the source of the pops I heard earlier. I will attempt to study his weapons, for they could greatly benefit Equestria.
