New Moon

  “Mama, Mama!” a young filly said. “You won't believe the amazing day at school I had!” Sparkler blinked. Did that cream colored filly just call her ‘Mama’? “I'm sorry, you must be lost.” Sparkler said, confused.

  “Don't be silly, Mama. You know I don't like it when you play like that.”

This filly must be crazy, Sparkler thought, but played along anyways. “You're right, and I'm sorry. Why don't you come inside?” “Sure, Mama,” the filly said. Suddenly, everything came rushing back. Amethyst had volunteered to be New Moon's foster parent. She sent young Moon to school, introduced her to Silver Spanner, and helped Pinkie Pie prepare a welcome party.

  After a short lunch, the two went out for a walk to talk to some friends. Quite strangely, no pony seemed to remember New Moon.
