There is a universal set of laws for fast food: Make food as fast as you can, pay as little as you can, then cut labor as much as you can.
For Applejack, working at “Hearty's Junior” is a gauntlet, a battle for her very sanity as she races against the clock to get the food out. Regardless of the circumstances, regardless of the size or numbers in the back, the food must be out in four minutes or less.
