Centuries ago, when the royal princess of Equestria used the Elements of Harmony against the God of Chaos, the elements failed them. The rage that Discord repaid the land escalated into the War of Madness. Villages and Cities were consumed in the hundreds, thousands. As a last ditched effort, the princesses used dark magic to forcefully seal Discord, turning the land into the Chaos Spawn. With no other choice, Princess Celestia collected the survivors of the war and raised the Heavenly Barrier to form the nation of Celestine, while the land outside rot in upheaval and chaos.

Centuries later, conspiracy is spreading across the country. When a pony from the ‘outside’ appears, it all falls to Twilight Sparkle, Protégé of the Sun, to rediscover the land their ancestors once knew as homes and to reunite the broken spirit of ponykind. An uneasy task, when all the odds are stockpiled against her.
