'Screw it.' Daniel thought, noticing that the medallion wasn't turned to stone. He concentrated, and it started glowing, turning him back to normal. He stepped down from the pedestal, and Twilight walked out to make sure that he was put in the right place. He turned invisible and walked up to her and became visible again. She gasped, and he slapped her in the face, causing her head to snap to the side. She started charging her horn for a spell, and he grabbed it and flipped her in a judo throw.

He said to her while she was catching her breath, "You realize that I have no idea why I have Chaos magic, you, the Princess of Friendship, did not try to befriend me, but instead blasted me with the Elements, not once, but twice, for no reason. You immediately assumed the worst about me, when all I did was use a brand of magic you are unfamiliar with." She winced at his words, and apologized, and he took her hand and helped her up.

They walked up to the castle and he warped his clothes into light armor. Twilight asked why he had it as armor, and he said, "I can feel that something is about to happen, I don't know what it is, but it requires this." They entered the castle, and a black wolf jumped out from around the corner. He pulled a lightsaber from hammer space and sliced it down the middle, bisecting it. "We have to get to the throne room!" He shouted, running down the halls. Twilight blasted two wolves with lightning, and when they reached the throne room, Celestia and Luna had a telekinetic barrier blocking off the wolves.

Daniel killed all the wolves with lightning, and a man in a black cloak with a scythe over his shoulder stepped out of the void and looked around, saying, "You killed all of my pets, I guess I'll kill you." He disappeared from view, making numerous gashes on Daniel's arms and legs that healed almost as fast as the man made them.

Eventually, he reappeared in the same spot that he was in when he entered the room from the void, and Daniel said, "My turn. Discord!" A red demon blade appeared in his hands, and he teleported in front of the man and brought it down on him. The man brought his scythe up to block, and the sword phased through the scythe, slicing off his arm. He fell to the floor slowly, and whispered, "I am the Reaper, I transfer my power to the one who defeated me in battle." with those words, the scythe dissolved into dust, and shot at Daniel, fusing with the silver medallion, causing it to become black.

A woman with cat ears and a tail stepped into the room from a void opening, and Daniel readied his sword. She said, before he could strike, "So, you are the new Reaper, will you ally with me in my fight against the Merchant, or will you ally with the Merchant, in his fight against me?" He nodded yes to her, and collapsed from exhaustion.
He did not dream, just drifted in and out of consciousness. When he woke up, the woman from before was standing over him. He sat up, and stuck out his hand, saying, “I’m Daniel Ponce, what’s your name?”

She turned and looked at him, shook his hand, and said, “I am Essence, and you seem different than the other Displaced. Normally Displaced use the character that they are as their name, but you use your own. Why is that?”
He looked up at her, and said, “I use my own, because if I used a different name, I would be pretending to be someone I am not. Also, this is the only thing that I got from the Merchant.” He held up the medallion. “I don’t know what it does, other then the fact that I have Chaos magic now.”

She looked at him, and said to herself, “He’s the Ender.” He looked up at her confused, and she said, “Sorry, don’t know what happened there.” She left through a void portal and he got up and stretched, walking down to the gym. He went to the punching bags, and started trying to get angry or get adrenaline. He succeeded, and on the next punch, his arm went through the bag. He smiled, switched the bag with a new one, and left. He wandered around Canterlot for a little, looking in stores and other shops.

He walked to the cliff-face in Canterlot, and warped his clothes into Mandalorian armor, spread his arms, and stepped backwards off the cliff. A pony screamed, and a royal guard pegasus came flying to catch him, and just before the guard reached Daniel, he activated the jetpack, sending him rocketing ten feet over the ground. The guard tried to catch him, to no avail, until Daniel landed a few miles out from Ponyville.

The guard caught up to him, and gasped out, “Stop, in the name of the Princesses.”

He grabbed Daniel’s arm, but Daniel just shook him off, saying, “I’m under the personal protection of Princess Luna, and may I ask why you were trying to apprehend me?”

The guard held up his hand and bent down, with his hands on his knees. After a few minutes, he straightened up again and said, “Princess Twilight Sparkle said to find you and tell you that she wanted to speak to you.”
Daniel went with the guard back to the castle, and Twilight offered to separate Discord from his mind, and he told her to. Before she did it, he used the Chaos magic to get a different set of light armor under a black cloak, and a sword at his side. She removed Discord from his mind, and he came into existence next to Daniel with a ‘pop’.
1 ½ years later
Daniel pulled his sword out of King Sombra’s body, and cleaned the blood off on his tunic. He walked out of the cavern and stomped the ground, summoning a crystal spire that launched him through the air. He landed on his feet, and suddenly, through a flash of light a red diamond popped into existence, fell on his head, a woman’s voice shouted “HEY, WHOEVER YOU ARE I NEED YOUR HELP!!!”. Daniel held his head, and crouched down. When it was clear that there were no more shouts coming, he felt along the edge of the Void, and located the source of the disturbance.
He opened a portal to the dimension and calmly stepped out, saying, “I am Daniel Ponce, what can I do for you?” He was wearing a black cloak with light armor underneath, and a sword at his side.
“....Ok, question, do you have any kind of magical powers or something?” A woman in a red dress and black leggings asked.
“Huh, oh yeah, I can make shadows do just about anything, and I used to be able to bend reality, but I lost that ability a while ago. Also, one question. Why do you need me here?”
“Cause I need your help kicking-?” Amy was unable to finish her sentence, as she was hit by a certain rainbow color pony that sent her flying off again.
“HA! Looks like I win you rainbow color dyke.” Eric now turn his attention at the human that was next to Amy. “Who the hell are you?”
“Oh, me? The better question is what were you doing to Rainbow Dash? I’m pretty damn sure that there are laws against that, and also against what I am about to do. Shadow Fuse!” he disappeared into the shadows and then reappeared, looking slightly different, for he now had the wings of a bat.
“Well first of all we’re not in a world where the laws matter, and second you best tell me who you are or else you little worm.”
“Or else what? Anyways, I am Daniel Ponce, the Lord of Shadows, and Reaper of Death. Stand up to me if you wish your life to end, otherwise, you are Dead.” He pulled a scythe out of nowhere, and brandished it with one hand. The blade of the scythe came out of a skull with a gaping mouth, and it induced fear in anyone who laid eyes on it.
“Hmm, interesting data I’m picking up on you.” He said as his dynamos return to him. “I guess I’ll introduce myself. The names Eric Der Vogelweid, Master of Time & Space.”
“So, what’s your point? If you’re such a master, why don’t you prove it?” Daniel said. He prepped his scythe, and then relaxed.
“Ugh...He can stop time at any moment for five seconds.” Amy said still on the ground with RD.
“Seriously? That’s what constitutes a master? What, is he a self-proclaimed master?” He reached out and controlled Amy and Rainbow Dash’s shadows and healed them, bringing them back up to fighting strength.
“Something like that, but it’s a pain when he freezes time though.” Said Rainbow Dash.
“Really, what can he do in five seconds? Just so you know, he did say this is a Lawless world.”
“Ever heard of a show called Jojo’s bizarre adventures?” Amy asked.
“Can’t say that I have. Enlighten me.” Daniel said back, looking a little confused.\
“Long story short when he says ‘the world’ be prepare for his stardust attack.”
“Most likely I’ve faced worse than him. I’m pretty damn sure that he has never became the living incarnate of Death. It’s really funny, I actually think normally it would be harder to kill an immortal being, but whatever.” He shrugged, and looked around. “So, why so much water? It’s a bit much, but I’m not sure what the point of it is. Shadow Wolves!” He shouted, and an army of wolves the size of cars appeared behind him. “Let’s get this damn fight over with already.”
“I figure this would be a perfect place for those two love birds to die together. But you’re right let’s get this over with, I have a multiverse to destroy.”
“Oh, you’re planning on destroying the multiverse?” Daniel asked Eric, looking a little bemused.
“Yes I am, why do you ask?” Eric said, looking astonishedly at Daniel.
Daniel said with a smirk, “Oh, nothing, just there are a lot of Displaced out there, and a good portion of them are extremely powerful.” He shifted the scythe into two rapiers, which had black skulls for hilt guards. He smiled, and kicked his leg out behind him, attacking Eric.
