Starlight is a Crystal Pegasus from a long line of thieves. They always travel, never staying in one place for more than a a few weeks, and she learns everything about the world from them.
When her parents are arrested, she is adopted by a mare she's known for a couple of days. Time goes on. She stays in the same home, the same bed, for over more than a month, and ponies seem to be warming up to her. But how much change can one filly handle?

This takes place a five years after the canon, so all characters are a little older and some got in relationships between then and now.
