" I,uh... I brought something that might help with your... Sadness. " The frosty-white pony stammered awkwardly. " Okay," Pinkie sighed. " What is it? "

Twilight hummed to herself thoughtfully, glancing over and over at these Elements of Harmony. Something about them caught her eye. "Elements, elements... that sounds so farmilar, yet I can't place it!" Immediately the unicorn decided deep and thorough research would answer all her questions. "Hey Twilight! Are you coming to Moon Dancer's party?"

Twilight frowned. "Uhh... sorry girls, I've got a lot of studying to do!" She gave the two ponies a sheepish smile before running past them.

"SPIKE! Spike?" The lavender mare called as she burst into her beloved home. "Oh! There you are! What's that?" Spike rubbed his temples, Twilight's intrusion having sent him airborne. He turned to look at his tail, which seemed to have impaled a a mess of golden ribbon and red wrapping paper. "Oh, that. It was a present for Moon Dancer, buuuuut--"

"Spike, you know we don't have time for stuff like that!"

"But we're on a break!"

Twilight rolled her eyes as she ignited her horn, grabbing hold of several books with her now effortless levetation. "Elements of Harmony, Elements of Harmony..." She mumbled, scanning the pages of her books.

"Elements of Harmony: A Reference Guide!" Her trusty assistant read, holding a rather thick brown and golden book.
