Chapters Trapped in the forcefield
After the forcefield is activated, the fleet tries to get out, only to find out it's indestructible. "Well, I guess we're stranded here." Thunderbolt says through the radio. It didn't take long for one of the enemy fleets to find them. The enemy fleet sends out 2 jets to attack them, only to be blown off to pieces by the forcefield. The ponies in Thunderbolt's fleet saw everything. Then spend some time in peace for a while, unaware what will happen next. They we're having fun until the pillar makes a shockwave will shuts down radars and radios. The USS Canterlot had backup power so it's the only one with radars activated. So Thunderbolt and Twilight have to watch the pillar via radar. The pillar looked even suspicious since it was activated. Suddenly, they see ten things charging towards them. Can it be a enemy fleet? No matter, because they have to prepare. After it got closer, they realize they were attacked by an alien armada! "What the hay?" Applejack said. "Aliens? Come on! Give all you got!" Rainbow Dash said. "Load the cannons!" Everyone else said. "Maybe they want a party!" Pinkie said. The whole crew of USS Canterlot becomes silent. "Um, sorry."
The 3 ships retreat to a nearby island. They try to find out a way on how to defeat the alien armada. "How can we defeat this aliens? What are those aliens doing here anyway?" Rainbow Dash asked. " 'Ah don't know sugarcube." Applejack said. "Well, we can this." Thunderbolt said. They went up to the USS Canterlot's control room. "Type in the code." She says to the pony using the manager. He types in: WATERWARNING. Then a grid shows up revealing that they can use the tsunami warning buoys set up around the ocean. "If a yellow circle turns red, aliens are submerging it." Thunderbolt says. "Now that's what we call a plan!" Twilight and the others said. The first circle becomes red and Thunderbolt saw it and said "Target the 2nd circle.". A triangle appears on the 2nd circle on the left of the red one. The circle with the triangle becomes red and Thunderbolt shouts "Fire the first 3 missiles!". The operator launches the three missiles. It hits the first alien aircraft. They celebrated but then another alien aircraft that is bigger that the other one attacks them is headed for their right side. It hits USS Cloudsdale and sinks it. Rainbow Dash manages to survive but half of her crew is eliminated. She boards USS Canterlot. Now it's Fluttershy's USS Equestria and the flagship USS Canterlot. "Target the circle next to the red one." Thunderbolt said. The targeted circle becomes red and Thunderbolt did the same order. It misses and crashes into USS Equestria. A helicopter from USS Canterlot is sent to rescue what remains of the sailors. The survivors were only Fluttershy and ten sailors. At the final shot, the big aircraft finally sunk.
USS Canterlot was the last ship in the forcefield. So Thunderbolt has to take extra care if she wants to survive. A marine pony goes into the room and tells Thunderbolt "Sir, we retrieved a alien from the water. It's dead.". They went into the room where the alien was lying dead. They remove the helmet, and Twilight says "Why would an alien wear a helmet?". "That's because they are not resistant to sunlight, Twilight." Thunderbolt replies. Rainbow Dash thought of a plan "What about we shoot any alien aircraft's windows so they could be burned?" she says to Thunderbolt. "Good idea, Rainbow!" Thunderbolt said. Thunderbolt goes out of the room for a minute then returns with a L96A1 sniper rifle. She says "This long ranged rifle will do it.". At sunrise, a big alien aircraft sees the USS Canterlot. Thunderbolt aimed through the scope and found out where the pilot was. "Time to burn!" Thunderbolt shouted. She's fires a round and breaks the pilot's window. The sunshine burns the pilot. The aircraft crashes into the water, blowing it up. Every pony in the ship didn't realize that a dropship has taken alien forces to the ship's stern. Thunderbolt heard the sound. She storms in the control room and said "Aliens has boarded the ship.". The squad of Thunderbolt prepares for a counter-attack. She gets her M4A1 Spec Ops and her M9 Beretta pistol.
Ten minutes after the alien squad left the ship, Thunderbolt had to investigate the damage. The damage was pretty bad. She said "Those aliens are gonna pay for this!". Suddenly, a large shake attacks the ship. Thunderbolt comes to the ship's bow and sees the pillar rising up and reveals the mothership. "Holy hay." Applejack said. Thunderbolt storms into the control room and tells the operator "Aim Cannons 1 and 2 to the mothership, now!". The operator quickly tells the crew at Cannon 1 and 2. Cannon 1 and 2 were loaded and fired. The alien mothership didn't take a scratch. The mothership launches 3 missles and hits the bow of the ship, damaging Cannon 2. The operator tells Thunderbolt "Cannon 2 damaged, sir.". Thunderbolt says "Just keep Cannon 1 firing!". At that point, the mothership has sent 5 aircrafts to eliminate the ship. Thunderbolt says "Full speed ahead. Now.". Twilight and the others said "What?! Are you crazy? We're gonna die!". But Thunderbolt replies "I know. I'm gonna die, you're gonna die, they're gonna die. We're all gonna die." At that point, Thunderbolt orders "Release the anchor.". The others we're shocked. When the anchor hits the sea bed, Thunderbolt says "But it is not this day.". The ship turns to starboard, then Thunderbolt said "Aim the cannons to starboard and FIRE!". Twilight and the others were impressed of Thunderbolt's plan. "Whoa! Awesome plan you got there!" Rainbow Dash said. Then Thunderbolt and the Mane 6 goes to the machine gun station, joining the fight. They fired all they got. The pillar is destroyed and the forcefield is deactivated. The mothership takes a last thing, fires a row of bombs to hit the starboard side of the ship. Thunderbolt shouted "RELEASE ANCHOR AND MOVE NOW!". They did but the bombs hit the ship, destroying the starboard side. Threatened to sink, Thunderbolt orders the Mane 6 "Get off the ship, hurry before it's too late.". "What about ya, sugarcube?" Applejack replies. Thunderbolt said "I'll be fine don't worry.". The ship has survived a massive damage and the Mane 6 finds the sniper that Thunderbolt used to destroy an alien aircraft. Twilight said "I'll take those aliens out.". She aims through the scope and fires a bullet on the bridge window. The window breaks and the pilots were killed. Leaving Thunderbolt some time. She shouts "FIRE THE CANNONS NOW!". But the operator replies "All cannons except Cannon 1's last barrel is damaged sir.". Thunderbolt realizes they still have one shell left in Cannon 4. She says "We have to carry this now.". They help each other carrying the last shell to the first cannon. They loaded the cannon and fired it the core of the mothership. The mothership starts blowing up. The ship picks up the Mane 6 and runs back to the docks.

After the aliens were defeated, they come up to the stage. Princess Celestia awards them. And Thunderbolt says "Hey Pinkie, how 'bout we host a party after this?". Pinkie quickly jumps in joy and says "YES!". The rest laughed and they started the party.

Two days before the International Equestrian Naval Exercise, a group of scientists find a planet with lifeforms. Wanting to communicate with the aliens in that planet, they built a satellite array somewhere. They send a signal to that planet. Then a object comes toward them, crashing in the waters.
Just an average day in Ponyville. Twilight and her friends trotted down the street. " 'Ah sure am excited on what this lottery is about." Applejack said. "Well I bet it's something cool!" Rainbow Dash said. They decided to prepare everything for themselves. Three days later they get mail. It said "Congratulations! You just won the International Equestrian Naval Exercise and is now in Thunderbolt's fleet! The naval exercise begins in two days. Be prepared!". They were all shocked except Rainbow Dash. "This is AWESOME!" The blue Pegasus said. " 'Ah can't believe we're going to a naval exercise!" Applejack said. "Oh my. This might be dangerous." Fluttershy said. "Luckily I have a "Naval Battle" guide." Twilight said. "At least we don't get messy." Rarity said. The six ponies prepared themselves for the event. Pinkie wanted to stay. "You can stay Pinkie." Twilight said. After two days they met Thunderbolt. She showed the fleet of hers. "Twilight and I will command the USS Canterlot. Rainbow takes over the USS Cloudsdale. Fluttershy on USS Equestria. Applejack and Rarity on USS Everfree." Thunderbolt said. Rainbow Dash squees in delight. "Too bad Pinkie's gonna miss all the fun. Because we're having a victory party when we win." Thunderbolt said. "How do you know we're gonna win?" Rainbow Dash said. "Because this is the tenth time and we won the past nine exercises." Thunderbolt said. Pinkie decided to come. By the time she got there the ponies boarded their ships. Thunderbolt saw her and said "You must be Pinkie Pie.". She boards USS Canterlot. Few hours in the exercise they see a pillar. The fleet of Thunderbolt approaches and sends a raft armed with a fifty caliber machine gun to investigate. A pony touches only to sent backwards and activates a forcefield.
After loading the cannons, the fight begins, they fire every shell loaded. Alien aircrafts had fired their lasers USS Cloudsdale is damaged by the laser attack. 10 were killed in the laser attack. "These aliens are good!" Rainbow Dash said. "Oh they're not gonna blow up Equestria when we're around!" Thunderbolt said. The fight rages on, ships are damaged, sea is filled with debris, aircrafts are crashing and shell were unloaded. "What do we now sir?" a crew member of USS Canterlot asked. "Three words: Just. Keep. Firing." Thunderbolt said. They kept firing. Then a alien aircraft destroys the expansion joint of the USS Everfree. The ship breaks in half as the lifeboat lowers. Applejack and Rarity managed to get to the USS Canterlot. They watch in terror as the ship sinks. The battle continues when the pillar let out another shockwave. Now the USS Canterlot has no radar activation. More aliens have arrived. The 3 ships had to hold them off. But how?
The squad storms into the engine room. They find two aliens trying to break the engines. Thunderbolt shoots down the helmet and turns on the flashlight to burn them. Rainbow Dash does the same thing. An alien aircraft has launched a rolling ball that can destroy and cut its way through metal. Twilight realizes this. She says to the operator "Load and fire the cannons to those 3 rolling balls now!". The operator does what she said and tells to the loader: "Load cannon one and cannon two and aim to starboard side.". They quickly load the guns and aim to starboard and said "Awaiting orders.". The operator replies: "Fire the cannons at the three rolling balls. Hurry, we have 10 seconds!". They quickly fire the cannons directly hits the 3 rolling balls about to destroy the ship. They didn't realize the alien aircraft dropped a bomb. The bomb explodes on Cannon 4, destroying two of the cannon's barrels. Meanwhile, two ponies are already killed in Thunderbolt's team. They go on and find a wounded crew member telling them "Aliens...in the...........gene...rator room...." before dying. They we're too late. The ship's electricity goes out. They switch on the flashlights. Investigating the generator room, They encounter an alien wearing armor and holding a disintegrator rifle. It fires rounds, Thunderbolt and her team dodges quick but a crew member is hit, killing him. Thunderbolt shouts "OPEN FIRE!". They shoot the alien. When it died, Rainbow Dash said "How do we get the power back on?". Thunderbolt reveals a backup generator hidden behind the wall. She turns it on and electricity was restored on the ship. It wasn't over yet, another alien squad has dropped on the ship's stern. "Great, now we have to deal with more aliens. Split up everyone." Thunderbolt says to her team. The team splits up as Thunderbolt and her first mate takes on the Aft Cabins. Rainbow Dash and Applejacks takes the kitchen. The rest goes to different parts of the ship. Applejack finds a shocking discovery, she finds a bomb on the kitchen, she says to Dash " 'Ah we should get outta here..." and Dash realizes the ticking bomb. They run out of the kitchen. The bomb blows up and damages the ship. Thunderbolt hears the explosion but can't leave her dead first mate's body. The aliens attack Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt, Applejack and Rainbow Dash have met. They quickly attack the alien squad. Leaving Applejack a wound. The aliens left the ship. The damaged ship has been abandoned by the aliens.
