//-------------------------------------------------------// Is there room for me? -by Apple Brew- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 “How long are you going away, Rarity?” Spike asked, his lips quiver. Rarity glances at the baby dragon while putting her bags down, next to her using her magic. She giggles. “It’s not going to be that long, Spikey-wikey,” She cooed, “Only for a few days. You know I never leave Ponyville that long.” “Um, okay. I guess,” He mumbled under his breath. “Oh, and I’ll bring back a bag of gems, just for you.” She added. Spike’s frown turns into wide grin. Twilight smiled at this and turns to face her friend. “Are you sure you don’t need us to come along?” She asked, skeptical of the fashionista.  Rarity waves her mane back. “Yes, Darling. Don’t you worry ol’ dear Rarity here. I can bare a few days away from Ponyville. And thank you for watching Sweetie Bell. You know how hard it is to keep an eye on her.” Rarity spoke as she glances at Sweetie Bell. “But Rarity, you eyes are still there.” Sweetie Belle said, confused. “It just an expression, Sweetie Bell dear,” “Not a problem, Rarity.” Twilight replied as she looks around for another three of her friends, “Too bad that Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Applejack isn’t here to say goodbye.” Twilight said. “I’m totally fine with it. Rainbow Dash needs her performances for the Wonder Bolts new member recruits, Applejack probably already reaches her hometown, you know how tight those Apple family could get when one is ill.” She tsked a bit in the end of her sentence. “And Fluttershy is visiting her mother’s grave today.” Twilight finished as she gives the mare a long hug. “Be careful, alright, Rarity?” “I sure will, Twilight.” They pull away from the hug. Pinkie Pie, who was strangely quiet all this while, also hugs the mare too. The hug last a bit longer the before. “Um, Pinkie Pie darling, I do understand that…” “Rarity, there’s something good going to happen, my Pinkie sense said so.” Pinkie’s whisper cuts her words off. After they apart from the hug, Pinkie Pie grins. She looks to the left Chu!! Chu!! The sound of the train could be heard from far. “Oh look! The train’s here!” She bounces off somewhere. Rarity blinks at sudden behavior of Pinkie but then, she just shrugged. “Sweetie Bell, I better heard a good thoughts about you from Twilight, when I get home.” She said in quietly stern voice. “Yes, Rarity.” Sweetie Bell mumbles, nodding slowly. Rarity hugs her little sister. “If you behave like a good filly you are, I’ll bring back a special gift just for the Cutie marks crusaders.” She added, smiling at the filly’s expression. She was awed. As quick as a little filly could, she hugs her big sister. “Oh thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Rarity! I’ll Pinkie Promise that I’ll be a good filly.” She raises her hoof to her chest. “Because breaking a promise is the fastest way to lose a pony trust.” “FOREVER!” Pinkie bounces out of nowhere. “Gah!” Sweetie Bell falls on her flank. Rarity helps her sister up. She turns to look at Pinkie, who are busy flapping her hooves like a chicken’s wings and stabling herself on a ball. “Pinkie Pie dear, would you do me a favor?” She asked, calmly. Pinkie jumps down the ball and kicks it away. “Anything for my super-duper-one-of-my-best-friends-that-going-to-have-something-good-happens-to-her-which-I-did-not- tell! Yeah?” She gives a cheesy smile. Rarity giggles before regaining her composure. “I would like to throw the best birthday party for,” She leans closer to Pinkie’s ear. “Sweetie Bell. We didn’t celebrate her birthday as quietly as we wanted too, last year.” “You didn’t what!?” Pinkie was shocked. “Birthda-uhm!!!” Rarity covers Pinkie’s mouth. “Pretty please? For me?” She flutters her long eyelashes. Slowly, she pulls down her hand. Pinkie seems to be in thought, with her hoof on her chin and her tongue sticking out. “Well, I don’t know… Okay!! It will be a BIG SUPER-DUPER AWESOME PARTY!!” She throws both of her hooves up in the air. “And you have to Pinkie Promise me you not going to tell Sweetie Bell.” She added. “Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye.” She ends it with a hoof points to her eye. “HOP ON ABOARD!” The train contractor shouted. Rarity picks up her bags and trots into the trains. “Well, goodbye everypony! See you in a few days.” She waves her mane back, yet again. “See you soon, Rarity.” Twilight said. Putting her bag in one of the carriage, she chooses to sat the one near the window. Staring outside the window, she saw her little sister and friends waves at her. She waves back. Looking at Pinkie Pie, she nodded. Pinkie bounces, being hyper as usual. The train starts to move. Making her friends seems further and further away, until she has to leans in to the window to get a glimpse of them. When, they are out of her sight, she sits back down, magically pulls out her design book and a pencil, and starts to sketches a few detail to her dress design.
