During an exploratory mission in the Crystal Mountains, Twilight Sparkle ends up falling into a crevasse and meeting her maker at the bottom of this icy hell.

That's at least what she thought would happen.

A felt eternity later, Twilight awakens from her Sleeping Beauty-like sleep and finds herself in an entirely different world.

Or is it the very same world? Has it just changed a lot?

How could she tell? Thirty years of absence can make somepony miss a lot of things…
