//-------------------------------------------------------// Never Fall In Love -by BLANKDead- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// All I See Is Applejack //-------------------------------------------------------// All I See Is Applejack "Cute farmer girl..." Rainbow Dash said unsurely. She found herself grinning, but wasn't too sure why. Her heart increased a little bit of speed. Everything around her froze, expect fo the beautiul young mare in her arms. Rainbow Dash ran her hooves through Applejack's hair, feeling very weird. "Ugh, Sugarcube... Ya can let go now," Applejack chuckled nervously. This left Rainbow Dash panicked, she quickly let go and smiled weird awkardly at her. The rainbow-maned pegasus looked down at the ground, smiling widely. Applejack poked her, "Sugarcube are ya alright? Yer acting different than usual..." "Uh, what, huh!?" Rainbow Dash flinched. She looked up at Applejack with a smile. Come on, Rainbow stop it! This isn't like you! "Rainbow?" "I-I better get going, Aj," Rainbow looked away. She bit her lips, while giving her wings a stretch, feeling ready as ever to take off. "L-later!" Rainbow stuttered, taking off. She took off at her fastest speed, hoping to at least make it look cool. Rainbow quickly turned her head back, glancing one last time at the farmer. She found her friend getting back to her applebucking. Rainbow Dash gave one last smile. I just want to kiss that pony! "What was that!? One second I'm just helping her out and the next she's in my arms!? What the hay!" Rainbow facehoofed herself. She fell on her bed weakly, closing her eyes as her wings spead apart widely. She smiled thinking of one thing only... And that is the mare's lips on hers. It was such a nice imagination she couldn't bring herself to open her eyes up for the first few minutes. "Ugh! Ever since that friend of ours, Rarity told me she had a crush on me! I just can't even think the same about her anymore!" Rainbow sat up, throwing her pillos in frustration. "What is wrong with me! It will never work out!" Rainbow Dash frowned, falling back on her back. She curled up into a ball, feeling horribly. She couldn't exactly understand why this was happening to her. She never wanted to, out of all ponies, consider dating one of best friends. To her Applejack was that awesome pal who you could always compete with... But never fall in love with. Rainbow sighed, trying to think of the other mare on her mind. Yes that was right, Rainbow had another mare on her mind. The mare she knew for sure herself she had a big crush on. She just wanted to only think of Fluttershy. Not anyone else, including Applejack. "Fluttershy..." Rainbow whispered to herself. She forced a smile onto her face, tring to think of kissing her. No matter how hard Rainbow tried it never felt the same. She could spend 24 hours thinking of Fluttershy. But she knew deep down inside herself that it won't ever feel right. Ever since Rarity 'poisened' Rainbow's mind. She hasn't been able to even think anymore. All Rainbow wanted was a marefriend... Maybe, heck even Fluttershy! But not Applejack... Rainbow smiled as the mare's name popped back into her head. Okay, this was enough for Rainbow. She hopped out of her bed, trotting out of the door. Fuck it, I need to think. Applejack messed with her silky blonde hair, runningher hooves threw it. She for once threw her hat back, untieing her hair out of her usual brade. She smiled, letting her hair bounce back. "My strength isn't quite right... But my applebucking skills change that" Applejack sang out, spinning around. All of ponyville gathered together to witness their fellow farmers performance. Rainbow flew by hearing her voice. "Oh, farmer... Don't play with that strength, if it leaves you in the wrong" Rainbow broke out, landing by her. This was it she couldn't control it anymore. She grinned, holding out her hooves to Applejack. The farmer shrugged, taking it. They slowly started dancing, lookinginto each others eyes while singing. "I like to live with chances~!" "Oh, my little farmer. Let me grasp your body closely to mine. Bite your lips with my teeth and turn into fireworks!" Rainbow sang confidentally. The mare knew she couldn't truly control herself at this point. Come on, this is Rainbow Dash. No way she would ever break into a lovey dovey song in town sqaure of Ponyville. Fuck, it wouldn't matter to her if this went into the news paper and she was the laughing stock. All she wanted and cared about in this moment was being with Applejack. "Fireworks?" "And you and me!" Rainbow smiled, pulling Applejack's body closer. Applejack blushed, going along with Rainbow. Not feeling too sure on what the heck was going on, or why Rainbow was even singing. Applejack just shrugged, enjoying it at the same time. Her heart beat went faster as she realized what her crush as going on about. "All I am is weak, not as strong as my big brother. Seeing the applebucking and slip away~! "I won't let you loose your grip and slip away weakly. I'll be your strength!" Rainbow winked, leaving Applejack blushing madly. "There is one thing I must confess of five skills, applebucking is my best. I can't rely on my strength to ever recongize you again~!" This was it for Rainbow. She couldn't sing no more, being to captivated by Applejack's eyes. It felt like forever for her. Even Applejack stared back at her, forgetting completely about the song. Both of their nuzzles suddenly touched. This was Rainbow's moment to kiss her. Now or never... Rainbow closed her eyes, standing still. Hoping to feel Applejack's lips soon. Rainbow's heart then stopped, fainting suddenly. //-------------------------------------------------------// Maybe It Is Her //-------------------------------------------------------// Maybe It Is Her "Rainbow are y-you feeling alright?" Fluttershy asked. "What? Why the hell am I here? I should be out with Applejack! Kissing... Kissing her..." Rainbow's voice fell. Fluttershy gave her a unsure look, feeling a bit jealous. But the shy pegasus pushed that feeling away quickly, worrying more about her friend. "You passed out when you were singing with Applejack." Fluttershy yawned, glancing at her clock. "It is ten PM, you been passed out for two hours. I was getting worried... Here let me brew you some tea." "No, no! It is fine! I feel perfectly fine, I don't need any tea, but thanks for the offer, Flutters." "Oh, but, Rainbow..." Fluttershy said concerned. Rainbow just nodded. "Alright, but isn't there anything else I could help you with?" "Um, nah I'm fine," Rainbow bit her lips. "Wait, nah I take that back... Can we talk?" Fluttershy's ears perked, smiling. She was glad to hear her friend ask for help of some sort. Made Fluttershy feel good knowing somehow she could help. "Y-yes, of couse! What is it?" Fluttershy asked, sitting next to her friend. Rainbow sighed, smiling. "I think I'm falling for Applejack. I-I don't know why but I just want to kiss her so badly..." Rainbow said dreamly. Fluttershy's eyes popped open, not expecting such a response to come out of her friend. It already felt very unusual for her friend to openly speak out feelings like this. She knew Rainbow was serious, judging by the look on her face and the fact that she was saying this. "Applejack? She's a great friend, I can see why," Fluttershy smiled. "Y-yeah, me and her were about to kiss... But I just you know..." Rainbow laughed nervously. "Am here now, and maybe if I just kissed her these feelings can go away, and everything can go back to normal." "Rainbow, I don't think it works like that..." "Sure it does! I mean I want a new marefriend, but it can't be Applejack!" Rainbow smiled, knowing it never will work out. "Huh?" "Let me explain, I want a marefriend, but I can't get her with these feelings for Applejack... Heck, I myself don't even understand them myself!" "R-Rainbow, Applejack can be that mare..." "Hah! Nice joke, but she can't. She is a pretty mare and awesome friend, but come on! She's too hard to keep up with, even for me! And you know your the only pony I can ever admit this to!" Rainbow looked her seriouly dead in the eyes. "I'm not sure what to say..." Fluttershy said feeling bad. She wish she had a beter answer for Rainbow. She dearly wanted to help her, but she couldn't not with this. "Rainbow, you need to figure this out yourself. I'm sorry, I just don't understand nor can really give you a good answer." "Ugh, whatever! Maybe I do!" Rainbow said annoyed. She fell back, sighing really loudly. This was going to be one long ass night. The next day... "Hey, Rainbow!" Applejack called out, pulling the mare in for a random reason. Rainbow froze, not knowing what to do. She quickly hugged her back and let go really fast. "Uh, h-hey, Applejack..." Rainbow blushed. She smiled widely, scratching her head. "That performance of yers was quite good! Ah didn't think yer was such a good singer and heck, even performer! It was mighty awesome how yer faked that faint and got Fluttershy to take ya away! It was like it was planned perfectly, heh." Applejack said, blushing slightly. She smiled, thinking that maybe if Rainbow hadn't "faked" that faint she could have kissed her. She liked the thought secretly. "O-oh, yeah..." Rainbow's smile fell, feeling a bit of relief, but yet still bad. She wish she knew how she really was feeling. Those horrible mixed feelings came into her stomach, feeling a knot tighten inside her. "Hey, AJ?" "Yes?" Applejack gave her friend a smug. "I, uh..." Rainbow blushed, acting dumbly. Hoping this mare would just kiss her already. She couldn't find it in her voice to say it though. "Well, what is it sugarcube? Come ya can spit it out!" Applejack said a bit concerned. She trotted a bit close to her friend, putting her hoof around Rainbow Dashes shoulder. "God dang it!" Rainbow smiled, laughing to herself. She looked away, not daring to stare into her friends eyes. She knew if she laid her eyes one more time on AJ she wouldn't be able to control herself. "Sugarcube, are ya alrigt?" "Yes! I-I am..." Rainbow smiled. Applejack shrugged, belieiving her friend. Rainbow then stared back at her friend, smiling at her. "Hey, let's go for a walk." "Alright, Ah have been meaning to walk later this week anyways. Ah been so busy bucking apple trees, haven't been able to do much." "Well come on! Let's go," Rainbow said. She smiled, hoping these funny feelings in stomach would fade away. Those two then began walking together slowly. Rainbow's feeling seemed to become more clear to her in their awkard silence. Whatever the heck was happening she knew that she felt something that she shouldn't feel just for a friend. Rainbow laughed to herself, thinking hard about it. She could be the one.
