Following the suggestion of an old friend, a young Appleloosa mare decides to share a small Ponyville apartment with one of the locals. Soon after, her new flatmate turns out to be the most interesting, yet somewhat disturbing mare she'll ever meet.

And whether that's a good or bad thing has yet to be determined.
