Only In Death Does Duty End.
Set in the 41st millennium; 38,000 years in the future, mankind has reached out toward the stars, colonizing more than a million worlds across the universe, all of them united under the banner of the Imperium of Man and the ruling of the immortal Emperor of Mankind.
However, despite its size and power, mankind fights unceasing war against enemies of old and new: The Tau, a young, idealistic race that wants to unite the races of the galaxy under their benevolent rule. The Necrons, a mysterious race of robotic skeletal warriors. The Eldar, arrogant and psychically powerful aliens bent on ruling the galaxy once again. The Dark Eldar, depraved cousins of the Eldar who must ritually torture other beings to sustain their own souls. The Tyranids, great swarms of rapidly evolving, all-devouring creatures from outside the galaxy, controlled by a gestalt Hive Mind that seeks to consume all bio-mass. The Orks, savage, warlike, green-skinned race of humanoids which outnumbered possibly every other intelligent race, even Mankind. And finally, the Imperium’s most dreaded rival, the daemons and mortal worshippers of the evil Chaos Gods who exist only to persist and spread the Dark Gods, delighting only in the destruction and disorder they sow.
Set on the Imperial Leisure World of Hellas that has recently been under an Ork “WAAAGH!” led by Warboss Humiehacka for two months. In reaction to this, a newly formed regiment made from the survivors of other destroyed ones under the command of Saint Kelly will be sent in to assassinate Warboss Humiehacka no matter the cost of life to save the world from the Xenos’ Taint.
