Begin your adventure (prologue)
"Alright honey," your coltfriend Soarin says before kissing you on the cheek and opening the door. "I'll be back in about an hour."
"Bye." you say, closing the door behind him.
You fly up to your bedroom, lay down on your bed and grab your Daring Do book. You flip through the pages until you find your bookmark. Something is stopping you from taking it out and reading on.
You set down your book and close the cover, eyeing the window as you see your coltfriend flying away into town like he should be. A sigh of relief escapes your mouth as you look to the clock. 4:00 P.M.
"Good," you say, opening your book again to page 65, as you read it for the 3rd time.
Your eyes scan the pages, not remembering these details.
"Let's restart the book," you say, flipping to the 1st page.
You close the back cover of your Daring Do book and set it on your night table next to your reading light, which you turn off. You let out a huge yawn, your eyes looking to the bright clock.
"Oh," you say through a yawn, "only 10 o' clock."
You cross your hooves across your chest as your eyes lazily close. You start drifting off to sleep before realizing the time.
"10:00 O' CLOCK?!" you yell so loud that your neighbours tell you to hush.
Your breathing heavily, your eyes full of worry. The night sky shimmers bright. You start to wonder where he could be, and you look out the window. You:
Wait until morning to search for Soarin.
Leave right now.
Go to the wonderbolts academy the next morning in case he's there.
Wake up Twilight and ask her to teleport Soarin to you.
Go back to sleep in hopes that he's just held up.
