It was supposed to be a normal day, Twilight was just supposed put up a shield. Fluttershy wasn't supposed to end up in some dark scary woods. Now, she has been thrust into a world of death and disease, with her only allies in the form of an inexperienced law enforcer and a wanted criminal. Can the three of them survive the darkness, or will it consume them like it consumed so many others?

This story is a retelling of Resident Evil Zero, with Fluttershy joining the main characters Rebecca and Billy. I'll be using both the game itself and its novelization as sources, with a few of my own surprises mixed in. This story, like a lot of my others, will be edited by the ever amazing m2pt5.
