Medabots had always been a great interest, help and care to the lives of ponies. They're artificially intelligent robots that can come in many forms and parts, activated by a medal that gives them their heart, soul and mind, and can be treated as another lifeform or pets. Although made to serve ponies, most ponies treat them more than pawns and servants, but as close friends too. The connection and experiences grow stronger between pony and medabot whether its from doing daily activities together or pitching Robattles, Medabot against Medabot. Although used by ponies of all age and position, it seems to be quite popular with fillies and foals.

Button Mash has a wide knowledge about Medabots as to his Video games, but unlike all the other kids, he was unable to afford one, nor would his mother buy him one either. With that, certain bullies called him not just a 'blank flank' but also a 'penniless peasant'. However, his best friend's older brother gave him a big chance to afford a medabot, and an even bigger chance when Equestria's most wanted and hard-to catch-thief, the Revolutionary Wraith, hands the rare Kuwagata medal to him under a strict condition. From then on out, Button Mash, his best friend, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and his new Medabot partner will take on the most evil and weird Rubberrobo gang and learn the secret that connects the origin of Medabots and Equestria itself.

This is a crossover between MLP and Medabots, a game and animation from Japan that was very popular in the 90s, but still piques my interest quite a lot even today!
