A wolf appears in Ponyville

Twilight trotted down the road towards Fluttershy's cottage. "I wonder why Fluttershy needed this book today." The purple unicorn muttered to herself. As Twilight was thinking about why Fluttershy could possibly need the book she didn't hear Spike come up to Twilight with an armful of books.

"Hello Twilight." The little dragon said startling Twilight.

"Hey Spike." Twilight said trying to not sound startled.

"Sorry didn't mean to startle you, but where do you want me to put these books at in the library?" Spike asked.

"Just put them in the bedroom and I'll put them away later." Twilight said as she started walking to Fluttershy's cottage.

"Okay." Spike said as he turned around and went to put the books in the bedroom. After a few minutes Twilight was at Fluttershy's front door.

"Fluttershy, you in there?" Twilight asked as she knocked on the door.

"Just a minute." A kind and gentle voice sounded from the other side of the door. After a few moments the door opened and a yellow head popped out.

"Oh hey Twilight. Come in." Fluttershy said as she completely opened the door so her friend could come in.

"Thanks Fluttershy." Twilight said as she came in to the cottage.

"Do you have the book I asked for?" Fluttershy asked as she set out some tea for the two of them.

"Yes I do. Do you mind telling me why you need this book so soon?" Twilight asked as she gave the book over to the yellow pegasus.

"Oh I just feel like I should study up on some stuff." Fluttershy said as the cottage started to shake sending things flying and shattering when they hit the floor. As the two ponies in the cottage ducked and covered their heads everything stop shaking.

"What was that?" Fluttershy yelped as she flew outside to see if any of the animals got hurt.

"I don't know Fluttershy, but look at that." Twilight said pointing to a ball of fire falling from the sky. After it landed the two of them ran to where it landed. When they got to the crash site they saw an animal in gray armor laying on top of Spike unconscious.

"Spike!!!" Twilight yelled as she ran into the crater the animal made when it crashed. As Twilight ran down the walls of the crater Fluttershy flew down into the crater. The two ponies had to work together to get the animal off an unconscious Spike and take them into the library. "Fluttershy what type of animal is that?" Twilight asked her yellow friend beside her knowing that she has had contact with every animal in Equestria.

"I don't know, but it looks like a wolf." Fluttershy said as the two of them were alternating between taking care of Spike and studying the creature.

*THEME MUSIC*

"A wolf? Are you sure? I mean the only wolves in Ponyville are timber wolves." Twilight said as she walked over to Spike. At just that moment the creature's eyes shot open startling Fluttershy, making her jump back, as it jumped on top of Fluttershy causing her to squeal at the sight of big sharp fangs dripping with drool, falling all over her face. Hearing Fluttershy's squeal Twilight turned around to see the creature standing on top of Fluttershy. "Fluttershy!!!" Twilight screamed as she used her magic to get the creature of of her. After the creature was off of Fluttershy Twilight heard a familiar hum. A few seconds passed before the humming stopped and a brown stallion appeared from the basement.

"Well hello Ms. Sparkle." The stallion said.

"Hey Doctor. Um quick question. Do you know what this creature is?" Twilight asked as she showed the creature to the Doctor.

"Why yes I do. This animal is a wolf from another dimension. I just came from there looking for him." The Doctor said as he took the wolf from Twilight.

"Okay why is it in Ponyville?" Fluttershy asked still wiping the drool from her face.

"He's here because while me and him were fighting a group of wolves that were taking all of the food from a village. Before he could deliver the final blow to scar them off another wolf somehow opened a portal and threw him into it and apparently it led to here."

"Oh Doctor, by any chance the wolves followed him like when the weeping pegasus fell into Ponyville?" Twilight asked remembering when the Doctor first came to Ponyville.

"Not likely but there is a slight possibility that they did." The Doctor said as he put a hoof to his chin. At that moment Spike's eye's popped open and he jolted up and started to ramble off what the wolf had told him when he fainted.

"They've followed me... they won't stop until... it's too late for... tell the Doctor that I said... run away as fast... their monsters... go to the... tell the Princess..." As Spike rambled on the Doctor turned to the Twilight and Fluttershy.

"Well it seems like they did follow him, they won't stop until he's dead, it's too late for us to help him, run away as fast as you can to escape them, their monsters, go to the Everfree Forest they're to scared to follow, and tell Celestia that she's going to get a visit from five wolves that will eat you."
