A new stallion comes into Ponyville, but will his charisma and fiery personality win the heart of a rainbow maned pegasus?

Blaze is a determined, and athletic pegasus. He moved out of his old town because of the horrors and terrible memories it contains. He left to find a better life in Ponyville, but when he got there, he fell in love. How will he handle it? Will things turn out well? Will his past come back to haunt him? Will the mare of his dreams love him back? Why is Derpy so bucking adorable? Read and find out!
(This story has comedy in it, therefore it has slight language. Nothing serious at all though)

P.S. Yes, I understand this has a cliché story-line, but don't let that turn you off about it, I tried making it as unique as possible

"Bye Blaze!"
"We're going to miss you!"
"I LOOOVE YOUUUU!"
Blaze's friends hollered at him as he was waving good-bye.

"Man," Blaze said to himself, "I'm gonna miss this place."
The train Blaze was on was a one-way ride to Ponyville, where he was going to start over. He had bought a house there, and had heard a lot of good things about Ponyville and has high expectations.

.....

Ughh, sooo bored.
Blaze thought to himself. So he decided to start looking around the train for entertainment.
After seeing a pony scratching his butt, then smelling his hoof, one pony with a trench coat flash him, and another sneeze-fart, he decided to drift off to sleep. He couldn't handle anymore eye sores.

As the train came to a sudden halt, the conductor's voice came over the mic:
"Welcome to Ponyville, everypony! Get your sh*t and get out," the conductor said, "Have a nice day!"

Blaze, slightly offended from the conductors remark, got off the train with his things and headed off to Ponyville.
"Now where is my house?" Blaze said to himself. He looked at the address of his house and kept trotting. As he trotted along he decided to ask for directions.
He saw a purple unicorn testing out her magic on a baby dragon.
Ha, Blaze thought to himself, PETA would NOT approve that!
"Hello there," Blaze said.
"YIKES!" Twilight screamed while preforming a spell, turning Spike into a potato in the process. "Sweet Celestia, you scared me!"
"Sorry," Blaze said, "I just need some directions."
"Are you new here?" Twilight said.
"Yes I am," Blaze said with pride. "Name's Blaze. Nice to meet you!"
"Likewise," Twilight said. "My names Twilight. What do you need-..." Twilight was cut off
"Did I hear NEW!?" a hot-pink pony, that literally came from nowhere was suddenly up in Blaze's grill said.
"Um, I'm scared to say yes. " Blaze quivered on the ground while Pinkie pinned him down.
"I would be too," Twilight whispered to Blaze. "Hello Pinkie Pie, yes this is Blaze, he's new. He's from..."
"Las Pegasus," Blaze cut in. "This isn't the welcome party like in Las Pegasus."
"Well you're not in Las Pegasus anymore!" Pinkie said. "My name's Pinkie Pie, nice to meet you!"
"Ahaha..." Blaze said, still pinned. "Likewise? Can I get up now?"
"Oh, sure!" Pinkie said. "When you're done sight-seeing, come to the library, there's a SURPRISE for you!" Pinkie bounced off in her usual ways. Blaze got off the ground, petrified.
"Is she on crack?" Blaze said in a serious voice.
"No" Twilight said, "That's just Pinkie being Pinkie."
Celestia help her parents Blaze thought.
"Well, can I have directions please?" Blaze asked.
"Sure"
Twilight explained Ponyville to Blaze, once he got the idea, he said thanks and trotted off.
He seems nice Twilight said to herself.
"OH HORSE APPLES, SPIKE!?" Twilight said while looking for him. She noticed a potato on the ground, then brought Spike back to his original state.
"Now you OWE me a mustache!" Spike said.
"Okay" Twilight said, laughing, "I guess I do."

Blaze is enjoying the party, but he couldn't keep his eyes off of Rainbow Dash. Every time she turned around, Blaze nervously looked away hoping she hadn't seen him. She caught him a couple times.

Woah Rainbow thought to herself That new stallion looked at me a couple of times...is he interested in me, or is he just admiring my colors?

Damn! she caught me again! Blaze thought to himself. He decided to stop looking before he embarrasses himself again.

She's just so...captivating...come on Blaze, you can do it...go over there and say hi...

As Blaze nervously walked over to Rainbow, he stopped and turned around.

NO you CAN'T do it! You're going to embarrass yourself!

Blaze turned back around and decided to do it.

What did I say? DON'T. DO. IT!

DO IT. What's the WORST that could happen?

As Blaze was juggling these thoughts, he was turning left and right, Rainbow watching, entertained.
"Um, are you okay?" Rainbow said, while snickering.
"Yeah, I'm fine..." Blaze said, caught off guard and completely embarrassed

Told you that you'd mess up dumbass!

"So..." Blaze started "How you doin'?"
"I'm fine," Rainbow said, catching on that he's trying to flirt. "How are you?"
"I'm doing great beautiful-" Blaze slipped.

THAT'S IT, I'm done, I can't be a conscious to an idiot. PEACE OUT

Rainbow Dash blushed and looked away
"I'm sorry, that was a little too forward," Blaze said.
"It's okay, you're not so bad yourself." Rainbow replied
Blaze got a spontaneous wingboner.
"Hehehe," Rainbow said, "Name's Rainbow Dash." Rainbow put out her hoof.
"Blaze, nice to meet you," Blaze said, shaking her hoof."You've got pretty eyes-" another slip.
"Hehe, Thanks!"

...... oh wait, my conscious left.

"So," Rainbow began, "What brings you to Ponyville?"
"Well, Las Pegasus is nice and all, but a mixture of boredom, high taxes and a horrible past put together... you get moving as a result." Blaze said in a gloomy voice.
"Sorry to hear that," Rainbow said.
"Thanks, want a drink?" Blaze said
"Sure!" Rainbow said.
Blaze went over to the punch bowl, and got 2 drinks. He went over to Rainbow Dash and gave her one.
"Toast?" Blaze said. Rainbow smiled.
"Toast," Rainbow said.

Blaze and Rainbow Dash talked together all night in a circle with the main 6, but mostly with each other. They talked for a long time
They talked about their hobbies, what they're good at, and all around, about themselves. Rainbow spoke a lot about herself, she wasn't very modest but at least non of it was a lie. They're FAVORITE subject, was racing.

"I love racing," Blaze said. "In my old town, I raced EVERYPONY. Won every single race." He tried to impress Rainbow, which, didn't work in the slightest.

"I myself am a fast flyer," said Rainbow. "Won every competition ever."
"Ever break the sound barrier?" Blaze questioned.
"Pshhh, only a hundred times!" Rainbow replied.
"How awesome is it?" Blaze said.
"Best thing EVER!" Rainbow said.
"There's something special about it when I break it though..." Blaze led Rainbow.
"Oh? And what would that be?" Rainbow questioned.
"Fire forms around me, like a comet. And anywhere I pass is left with a charred surface. That's what my cutie mark is, a comet"
"NO WAY!"
"Yes way."
"You HAVE to show me!"
"No problem."

Man... Blaze thought to himself She is sooo much more cute when sitting 3 inches away from you. Those brilliant rose eyes...I could die for them....

After the party, it was 8:00 P.M., Blaze went home for the first time since he got to Ponyville. Rainbow took note of his house so she could go visit sometime tomorrow. He said goodbye to everypony, and winked at Rainbow. She blushed.
"So," Twilight began. "How does everypony think of our new neighbor?"
"He's...nice" said Fluttershy.
"He's absolutely fabulous, I LOVE his mane!" Rarity squealed.
"Ah think he's mighty friendly. A great addition to the town," Applejack said.
"HE'S SOOO FUNNY!!!" Pinkie shouted, laughing, "He cracks me up!"
"I really like him too," Twilight said. "How about you Rainbow, he seems to have taken a liking to you."
"What do you mean he's taken a liking to me?" Rainbow retaliated.
"He talked to you the most...that must mean something."
"I don't think so, maybe you're just imagining things..." Rainbow said, lying.

"He sure knows how to flatter us," Fluttershy said, "I'm glad he's...nice."
The mane six were all talking about Blaze positively...Except Rainbow Dash. She was thinking critically about him.

Does he really like me? Or is it just I'm easier to talk to? Why? Why did Blaze talk to me over everypony else?
Rainbow juggled these thoughts all night and barely slept.

When Blaze got home, he was satisfied with what he bought. He put the little things he brought with him that he carried all day in his room.

Thank Celestia this place is fully furnished Blaze thought to himself.

With that, he ate quickly, and went to bed. He has a long day ahead tomorrow.

"I'm glad we decided to do this," said Rainbow Dash.

"I agree," said Blaze.

Blaze and Rainbow Dash went for a pick-nick late at night, under the stars, in front of a lake.

"I don't know why we didn't do this before," began Rainbow, "The moon is beautiful."

"Wanna know what else is beautiful?" replied Blaze

"Hmmm?" Rainbow said, guessing his response.

"The lake." Blaze said trying to hold in his laugh as much as possible

"...oh...yeah...that too," Rainbow said, discouraged.

"I'm kidding!" Blaze said in a happy tone then started laughing. He turned Rainbow's face to his, then went in for a kiss. The second their lips touched-

"HOLY HAY!" Blaze screamed as he woke up and fell on the ground. He had...A morning wingboner. "Awww," Blaze said, saddened he had JUST a dream. He woke up at 12:00 PM. A little late for him

What do I see in her?

Is it her beautiful eyes? Her Beautiful face? Her gorgeous and noticeably fit body? Her personality? I don't know, I just gotta stop thinking about it...
Blaze spent 4 hours fixing his house the way he wanted it, from the inside to the outside. From repainting, to gardening, to dusting, to cleaning. Everything he hated, he did. Once he finally was done it was 4:00. He took a shower, and laid down on his couch, recovering his energy. After about a minute, he heard knocking on his door.

Who could that be?

Blaze opened the door, and his heart dropped to his stomach. Right before him was Rainbow Dash.
"Hiya Blaze!" Rainbow said, smiling.
"Ah, ummm..err--ugh" Blaze couldn't think straight, was he dreaming?
"Blaze?" NOPE he certainly was not dreaming.
"Sorry, you just, caught me off guard, come on in Rainbow!" Blaze said
"Thanks."
Rainbow stepped inside and was pretty fascinated with Blaze's house.
"Woah, you have a nice house!"
"Thanks," Blaze said, blushing a little. "Sit down anywhere you like." Rainbow sat down on the couch that Blaze was on, just on the opposite side.
"So, what can I do for you?"
"Well, me and the girls want to go out to dinner tonight...and...I was just wondering if you want to be my date?" Rainbow blushed now more than ever. Blaze on the other hoof, his heart exploded...Twice.

Alright Blaze...Say yes calmly....

"HELL YEAH!" Blaze said, a little louder than expected.
"Great! can you pick me up at 7:30 PM? I live over there," Rainbow Dash said while pointing out the window at her house in Cloudsdale. Blaze was amazed at her cloud mansion with rainbows coming out of the roof.
"Gotcha," Blaze said. "Anything else you wanna talk about?"
"Well," Rainbow began, "I just wanna say I'm glad you came to Ponyville, I really like you." And with that, she kissed him on the cheek, and exited his house.
Blaze had a wingboner.

By the time Rainbow Dash left, it was 4:30. Blaze had 3 hours to look as sexy as possible. He ate a little snack, put on deodorant, cleaned his tuxedo he bought for his friends wedding 3 months ago, combed his mane and tail, brushed his teeth, put on his tuxedo then put on cologne.

BAM! Blazed said to himself I'm sexy and I show it!

Blaze realized it was 6:00. 6:00? are you kidding me time? why are you ALWAYS against me?
Blaze sat and watched T.V. something nopony even does anymore, but he was bored.

When the time FINALLY turned 7:00 which felt like forever, he started towards Rainbow's house. He was really anxious, and made sure he didn't rush so he didn't sweat. He knocked on Rainbow's door, it was 7:16. She answered, like all women, a little bit late.

"Hey Blaze." Rainbow Dash said, giving a seductive smile.
"You look...absolutely...gorgeous." Blaze said, again, with a wingboner

Rainbow Dash blushed
"Thanks! You ready?" Rainbow said.
"You have no idea," Blaze said. "I...you...woah..."

THANK YOU CELESTIA! WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS!? Blaze thought to himself.

The two flew to the restaurant to rendezvous with the other 5. They made it at exactly 7:31. Fashionably late.
The other 5 brought stallions who were friends, nothing more.
They all had a wonderful time and cracked jokes at the end.
Each stallion paid for their own meal and their dates'.
Once they were all done, they parted ways.
"Hey Blaze? Can you fly with me home?" Rainbow asked.
"Of course," Blaze responded.
Blaze and Rainbow left and went to Rainbow's house

"I had an AWESOME time," Said Rainbow.
"I did too, I hope we do it again sometime," responded Blaze.
"Say, Blaze, wanna come inside?" Rainbow said.
"Sure, why not?" Blaze actually really wanted to, but hid it.

If I had a nickel for every time a girl invited me into her house, I'd have one nickel. Blaze thought to himself.

Blaze and Rainbow trotted into Rainbow's house.
"You thought MY house was cool!? Blaze said.
"Yeah! So far it's the nicest ground house I've seen" Rainbow said.
"Ah, okay, thanks," Blaze said. "But it doesn't even compare to how amazing yours is."

Blaze took off his tuxedo and Rainbow took off her dress. They both put their clothes on a chair
and Rainbow motioned with a head-bob to come over to her bed.

Is she doing what I think she's doing? Thought Blaze full of excitement.

Nope, she was motioning to the couch, well it's still too early, right?

"I don't usually watch T.V. that often" Rainbow said. "But when I do, I like to watch it with somepony, I...like "
Blaze got excited, (but not wingboner excited) at that remark.

For most of the night they watched T.V., Rainbow's head on Blaze's chest. Rainbow drifted off to sleep on his chest while Blaze had a little bit of consciousness left in him.

She is so precious while sleeping. Blaze thought and she's mine....well...soon-to-be-mine.....I hope.

"I don't deserve to be conscious right now," Blaze whispered to himself. He turned off the T.V. and drifted off to sleep.

The next morning when Blaze woke up Rainbow wasn't on his chest, but he smelled food in the air, it seemed to be eggs.

NOOO! Blazed said to himself I can't let her make me food! It's so rude!

Blaze flew around looking for the kitchen as quickly as possible. He finally found it and saw Rainbow cooking.
"Please Rainbow, don't cook for me"
"Why, you're not hungry?"
"Well...I guess I am but-"
"But nothing, your my guest and I'm going to treat you like one."
"...but...ugh...I'm gonna lose this, aren't I?"
"Well I hate losing, so, yes."

They ate breakfast together and finally Rainbow brought up the subject she had been wanting to talk about.

"So, Blaze?" asked Rainbow
"Yes, Beau- I mean, Rainbow?"

DAMN another slip.

"You gonna show me your special talent?" Rainbow asked, anxious.
"Oh yeah, that, when do you want to see it?" Blaze said.
"Now would be great!"
"Errr, okay, let's go."

Rainbow and Blaze went outside and Rainbow began:
"Okay on 3, we race to that cloud, got it?"
"Got it."
"1...2...3!"

They both went off, Rainbow in front because she has faster acceleration, but, Blaze has an overall faster speed. He eventually caught up to her and the mach cone was forming around them both. Blaze could feel the heat building up on his coat.

Before Rainbow's eyes, Blaze caught on fire, harmlessly, and immediately was boosted from a blast of energy way ahead of Rainbow. The air that he passed had left a trail of fire, Blaze was a living comet. Rainbow stopped in mid-flight, with her mouth wide open.

Rainbow finally caught up with Blaze. He was waiting, chilling on a cloud.
"Sup?" Blaze said
"You amaze me," Rainbow said, "I can't believe it! how did you do that? That was AWESOME!"
"I truly can't tell you why," Blaze said, "It's not cause I don't want to, it's cause I don't know."

He's fast, nice, cute, and generous!

He is so perfect! Rainbow Dash said to herself. I think I'm in love

"Um, Twilight? I think it's a little obvious that they're getting along..." Fluttershy remarked
"A little? Why, there're spending more time together than pigs spend rolling 'round in mud," Applejack said
"Oh, I'm sorry, you're right Applejack," Fluttershy said
"But aren't they adorable?" Asked Rarity, "Finally Rainbow has some affection in her life again."
"I think they're an AMAZING couple," Pinkie said, "they're cuter than mini cupcakes! Aren't mini cupcakes so cute?"
"Pinkie," Twilight said knowing how this was going to end.
"And aren't they delicious too?" Pinkie said.
''Pinkie..."
"And they are so cheap too! 5 for 1 bit isn't that a steal?"
"PIIIIIIN-KIEEEEE!" Twilight screamed.
"Yeeeees Twilight?" Pinkie said, with a huge grin on her face.
"Your doing IT again..."
"Oh I'm sorry Twilight, won't happen again."

Rainbow Dash and Blaze had been spending their whole day together so far, getting to know each other even more. Right now, they're watching T.V, again, in the affectionate way as before in Rainbow's house.

Does he like me back? Rainbow Dash thought.

But she ISN'T therefore, she like you. 'Nuff said

Once everything good stopped airing, Blaze muted the T.V. and they started talking again.
Rainbow loved talking with Blaze, it felt right, it felt good. She could talk to him about anything.

They talked all night, then when Blaze realized the time, he gave Rainbow a quick kiss on the lips said goodbye, and left.

Rainbow Dash started to cry.

Rainbow's mind was full of questions, why did Blaze do what he did? Why hadn't he asked me out?

These thoughts are KILLING ME! Maybe he's waiting for a better time....maybe he WILL ask me out!....I hope...

Holy crap I JUST did that Blaze said to himself I damn near pissed myself though I was so scared...

It's STILL too early, right? I mean I've only known her for what? Three days? True love doesn't happen in THREE days!

But I love her... Only if there was a way to know if she loves me back...

Rainbow Dash just laid down the rest of the night, pondering the questions over and over again. Plus she was too sad to do anything else. Rainbow was officially, heartbroken. Eventually she fell asleep, alone in her huge bed.

When Blaze got home he was confronted by the Rainbow's 5 best friends.

"Hiya Blaze!" Pinkie yelled out.
"Um, hey guys? Anything I can help you all with?" Blaze said, nervously.
"We just want to ask some questions," Twilight said.
"If that's okay with you..." Fluttershy whispered.
"Uh, yeah, ask away!" Blaze responded.
"This is a serious question Blaze," Twilight said. "Do you like Rainbow Dash? You seem to spend a lot of time with her."

Blaze had a terrible case of mind bending whip-lash.

Are they asking me if I like...LIKE Rainbow? Should I tell them?

"Of course I like Rainbow! What's not to like?" Blaze said innocently.
"Ugh, do you LIKE like Rainbow," Twilight said.

Damn they WERE asking me that... Why do they give a flying feather?

"That is non of your business," Blaze said confidently. "But yes, I do LIKE like her..."

You sir, are a Grade-A moron, you know that?

"Sorry sugercube, we had the feelin' ya DID like 'er, we just wanted to know fer sure, " Applejack said.

Is it really that obvious? Nopony knew last time I was in love....

Blaze became sad instantaneously, and a tear dripped down his cheek. He turned away so nopony saw it.

"So, *Sniff, sniff* Anything else I can help you all with?" Blaze said, in a sullen voice.

"No darling, that's all, thank you for your time," Rarity said.

The 5 left the house's premises, and Blaze slowly, with his head down entered his house.
Blaze cleaned himself up, and went to bed. He was too sad to eat.

The next morning, an hour after Blaze woke up, he heard knocking at his door while he was drinking his coffee and reading the paper.

What do these ponies want with my life!? Blaze angrily said to himself.

It was Fluttershy and Twilight.

"Oh, hello Blaze..." Fluttershy began.
"Hi...guys. Anything I can do for you?" Blaze asked.
"We HAVE to talk, this is an emergency," Twilight said.
"Oh, well, come in," Blaze said.

Blaze sat on a couch and Twilight and Fluttershy sat on the couch across from Blaze.

"It's about Rainbow," Twilight said.

Celestia damn it! Blaze said to himself Again with this!

"We went to her house this morning... to see of she wanted to join us in the park," Fluttershy began. "But she's REALLY sad...She wouldn't open the door to talk to us."
"She just screamed 'LEAVE ME ALONE!' "Twilight said.
"What happened?" Blaze asked seriously.
"We don't know, we think you should go see if she'll respond to you," Twilight said.
"Uh, okay, I guess, thanks for telling me. I'll go A.S.A.P," Blaze said.
"Okay, good. See you later Blaze," Twilight said.
"Um...Bye..." Fluttershy whispered.

What could be bothering her? I really hope it isn't me...

Blaze flew straight to Rainbow's house, and knocked on the door.

"Leave...Me...ALONE!" Rainbow screamed.
"Dashie? It's me...Blaze, " Blaze said.

Dashie? Where did THAT come from?

Rainbow immediately opened the door.

"Oh, hi Blaze, good to see you..." Rainbow said, with resentment in her voice, "Come in."

Blaze stepped inside and they headed for the living room, where they sat down on opposite couches.

"So, Rainbow...What's wrong?" Blaze asked.
"I...I don't know how to explain it." Rainbow said.

Well, it's now...or never.... Blaze thought.

"Listen Rainbow...I'm sorry... sorry for what I did last night...I know that was wrong of me..."

He's apologizing, I guess he figured it out... Rainbow thought.

"It's okay, I forgive you, I can't stay mad at you. I...I..." Rainbow drifted off.
" Thank you, It means a lot to me.... but there's something I've been wanting to ask for a while now."
"Yes, Blaze?"
"Do you want to be...my special somepony?" Blaze asked. The second those words left his lips, his heart skipped a beat.

The look on Rainbows face was priceless

Rainbow shot out of her seat and bolted to Blaze's lap.

"YES,YES,YES,YES,YES,YES!!!" Rainbow exploded. "I thought you'd never ask!"
"You...You like me back?" Blaze was surprised.
"Yes Blaze! I would even say I love you!"

Wow, I am an idiot. Blaze thought to himself. Not realizing this before.

"I...I love you too Rainbow. I fell in love with you from the start," Blaze confessed
"I loved you when I finally realized you were perfect for me. I love you Blaze. And to be honest I was sad because I thought you would NEVER ask me out."
"I'm sorry I led you on," Blaze said.

"It's okay,let me just show you how MUCH I love you..." Rainbow said.

She straightened her body on top of Blaze's so she was sitting parallel on him

I like where this is going... Blaze thought to himself.

Rainbow went in for the kiss, Blaze, accepted.

This is the best moment...of my life... Blaze said to himself.

Rainbow sat on top of Blaze, and they were kissing to their hearts' content.
Eventually, Blaze slipped in his tongue.

This was the most magical moment for the both of them.

Fluttershy was watching through the window:
"Oh....My...."

It's been a month and a half since Blaze asked out Rainbow Dash. From that day forth, they've been spending all their time together. Everyday they visited each other and had great moments. Blaze still could not get over those magical kisses. All he ever wanted was a pony to love, kiss and care for. Now he had one. Blaze had gotten a job working with Rainbow Dash, and since it had relationship benefits, he got paid more than average wage. They've found what they love doing together:

"Quiet Pinkie!" Rainbow said.

Yep, they LOVED making cupcakes with Pinkie.

They also loved Walking, flying and eating together. As long as they were together, their lives, were perfect.

Rainbow and Blaze never could stop talking to each other. They loved hearing each other.

"So how you liking Ponyville so far?" Rainbow asked, while they were taking a leisurely stroll.
"Much better than Las Pegasus. Over there, there are hookers EVERYWHERE. They always tried to seduce you..."
"And you never fell for it...RIGHT?"
"Right...I never fell for it..."

Rainbow was happy, and as long as Rainbow was happy, Blaze was happy.

One day the two met up, and went for an outdoor lunch at their favorite restaurant:

'Le dîner délicieux' a French cuisine

"You're so cultural Blaze!" Said Rainbow.
"Gracias!" Blaze said.
"So," Rainbow began, "Blaze?"
"Yes babe?" Blaze said. Babe was something Blaze had started calling Rainbow. She thought it was sexy.
"Out of all the times we've talked, you didn't tell me the major reason why you left your old town."
"It's kind of a long story..." Blaze said, his voice altering.
"I have all the time in the world," Rainbow said smiling.

Blaze became instantaneously sad as he had before, and again, a tear ran down his cheek.
Rainbow noticed.
"What's wrong Blaze?"
"I...I can never forget...what happened.." Blaze said, sobbing at this point.
"What happened?" Rainbow said concerned.
"The main reason I left...was because of what happened between me...and my old girlfriend..."
"What did that tramp do to you!?" Rainbow said.
"NOTHING! SHE did nothing...that's the sad part..." Blaze had tears rolling down his face. "That bastard Discord! He...Took her away when he visited....I never saw her again...I loved her, so much...."

With a snap of his fingers, Discord, was gone.

"I am so sorry..." Rainbow began, "I didn't know. Anything I can do to make you feel better?"
"No Rainbow, thanks, you being here with me, makes me feel like I'm in heaven... I love you Rainbow."
"I love you too, Blaze."

The two went out for a flying session, one of their favorite things to do.

"Hey Blaze?" Rainbow asked "How about a little race? A rematch?"
"Heh heh, sounds good!" Blaze accepted. "So, where in Cloudsdale should we race?"
"How about...straight ahead, around the stadium, through that park, around that restaurant and to that gym?" Rainbow said while pointing out the locations.
"Let's do it!"
"1 2 3 GO!"
And they were off, like that.

"When are you going to fix the gas valve?" The restaurant owner said to the mechanic.
"Tomorra afta-noon," said the mechanic pony.
"What's going to happen? I mean, there's methane in the air!" restaurant owner said.
"Nuthin at all, ah promise." Mechanic said.

This was the restaurant that the couple were going to pass in the race.

"You're not so fast after all!" Said Rainbow.
"Pshh, I'm going easy on you," Blaze said.

The two were trash talking (As innocently as possible of course) while they were racing. They were neck N' neck.

"Sure you are!"
"Wanna bet?" Blaze quickly accelerated ahead without trouble. The fire started forming around him as he gained speed every second, and eventually, he blasted off way ahead of Rainbow with his fire trail. He was a good 100 feet away from her.

Hey look, the restaurant checkpoint! Blaze thought to himself.

Rainbow immediately stopped in the air once she saw an enormous explosion ahead of her, right where Blaze was, with tears rolling down her face....

"Everypony get down! My tail is twitching!" Pinkie said to the rest of the group in the park.

Everypony followed Pinkie's orders, they've learned their lessons.
They took cover and waited. Eventually they saw something.
Blaze was twirling downward falling from the sky. He crash-landed in front of everypony, charred and burned.

"BLAZE!?" Twilight screamed. Everypony huddled around him, worried.
"Poor thing..." Fluttershy said.

Rainbow followed the smoke trail and found Blaze and the girls.

"Oh, my gosh....what have I done...?" Rainbow said.
"YOU did this Rainbow?" Twilight asked.
"Sorta....I bet him he couldn't go any faster, and when he did, he did his trademark fire trail....and then EXPLODED!" Rainbow Dash said while sobbing. "It turns out....the restaurant he passed had a methane leak in the air...."
"When methane and fire meet, it forms an explosion...." Twilight said.
"I feel so terrible...." Rainbow Dash said.
Blazed coughed.
Everypony surrounded him
"Rainbow?" Blaze croaked.
"BLAZE! Are you okay!? I am SO sorry!" Rainbow said.
"Not really, and it's okay, I still love you, no matter what happens, know that...I love you..."
"Please don't leave me!" Rainbow said bawling.
"I won't, because it's not my time...." Blaze said,

Those were the last words Blaze had uttered before drifting off into unconsciousness.

Rainbow had been visiting Blaze everyday to check on him. His time was running out.

"I won't, because it's not my time...." Those words lingered in Rainbow's head.

She believed it, but now, she was slowing losing faith. Blaze still lay there, you wouldn't even know he were alive.
Rainbow eventually got over her depression. It just wasn't her style. But everything she did, she did sadly. She had been living her normal life but the only thing on her mind....was Blaze.

She sat next to him, in a chair, talking to his unconscious body:

"Blaze...I love you....you probably can't hear me....But...I love you....you mean the world to me.....Since day one...I promised myself I would never leave your side....but....I guess you didn't make that promise..."

Rainbow started to cry. Tears, flowed from her face like a waterfall.

"I...I don't know what I'm going to do without you.....I.....love you."

"Alright Rainbow, I'm sorry, but visiting times are over. You must leave." Doctor said.
Rainbow left the hospital gloomier than ever.
"Still got any hope for Blaze?" asked the nurse.
"No, nurse I think we may have to pull the plug on him."
"I'll see to it then, doctor."

Poor boy, he had a long time ahead of him. the doctor pony thought to himself.

"I'm glad she's back to normal," said Twilight.
"But, she's still kinda...sad. Dontcha think?" replied Spike.
"Yeah, but at least she's getting out of the house," said Twilight.
"I still thinks she needs professional help," Spike said.
"What? you're crazy, she's fine."

"DOCTOR! I got some movement!" A nurse pony said.
"Really? I thought he was done for!" Doctor pony said.
He grabbed his stethoscope, and checked Blaze's vitals.
"It's a miracle! His blood pressure is back to normal, his heart is beating regularly again, all the burns are gone, he may make it!"

The doctor and nurse did everything they could to help Blaze recover.
After 2 hours of direct medical treatment, Blaze finally woke up.
"Where....where am I? Rainbow? Where's Rainbow Dash!?" Blaze questioned.
"She left, Blaze but what's important is you're okay."
"I need to see her, I need to tell her I love her!"
"You can do that later, Blaze right now you need to rest, let your body realize you're awake."
"How long?" Blaze hissed.
"At LEAST an hour."
"Fine..."

"Hey Rainbow Dash!" Pinkie Pie said.
"Hey Pinkie..."
"How's Blaze?"
"I...Don't wanna talk about it..."

And with that, she flew home.

"Thank you doctor for all your help." Blaze said.
"Anytime Blaze, Anytime." Doctor pony said.

Blaze flew home, took a shower, and got ready to see his love...his TRUE love. Once he was done he stepped outside and began walking when-

"Hey Blaze.....BLAZE!?!?!? BLAZE! YOU'RE OKAY!" Screamed Twilight, hugging him "We all thought you were done for!"
"Gee, thanks...Anyway, I'm off to see Rainbow Dash so if you'll excuse me-" Blaze said.
"Of course!" Twilight said stepping aside. "I'll tell everypony the good news."

Blaze flew off to Rainbow's house.
Blazed knocked on the door.
"Who is it?" Rainbow asked glumly.
"Equestrian police, we're here to arrest you for being too sexy," Blaze said.
Rainbow could recognize that voice anywhere.

COULD IT BE??? Rainbow thought to herself.

She opened the door.

IT IS! IT'S BLAZE!

Rainbow exploded with joy and had a huge smile across her face

She quickly tackled Blaze, kissing him repeatedly.

"BLAZE!! YOU'RE OKAY!!!" Rainbow said.
"Haha, yeah, I'm fine, doctor said I made a full recovery." Blaze said.
"I love you Blaze."
"I love you too, Rainbow."

And with that, they went to Rainbow's bedroom, and had the most magical night they've had ever.
(They had sex if you're too stupid to figure that out)

Rainbow said yes and they got married in the beautiful sunset.
As they promised each other, they will love each other for better...or for worse.....
They ended up having kids together.

And They lived happily ever after.....

First Impressions

As Blaze trotted through Ponyville, he noticed it was full of color. The next thing he noticed, was suddenly the sky above him was full of color for a brief moment
What was that? Blaze thought to himself. Blaze decided to shrug it off and started toward the library for his surprise.
A surprise? For me? I just got here! How did that crazy pony have any idea I was coming? Blaze couldn't get over it, but he eventually forgot about, as long as he doesn't think about it, he wins.

As Blaze opened the door, he realized it was so dark, you couldn't see anything. He stepped inside when suddenly-
"SURPRISE!" about 25 ponies screamed.
"AHHH!!!" Blaze screamed (in a manly manner, of course) and flew up to the ceiling so fast, nopony could figure out where he went.
"Where'd he go?" Pinkie said.
"Up there! Look!" an orange colored pony with blonde hair said.
Blaze was up on the ceiling, inside a chandelier, poking his head out.
"Come on down fella, we ain't fixin' on hurtin' you."
As Blaze descended, he was laughing sarcastically.
"Ha ha ha. FUNNY!" Blaze said.
"Hiya Blaze, I threw this surprise party just for you!" Pinkie said.
"Oh," Blaze said in a sorrow manner. "I thought you just wanted to scare the hay outta me for kicks. Sorry."
"It's okay, let me introduce you to everypony!" Pinkie said with a huge grin across her face. She took Blaze by his shoulder and pulled him around forcefully.
" This is Twilight, DUH, Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Lyra, Bon-bon, Carrot-top, Derpy....."
Blaze completely zoned out after hearing "Rainbow Dash". After laying eyes on such a beautiful creature, wouldn't you zone out too? Blaze was at a loss for words.
"Uhhh," Blaze said.
"Speechless, huh?" Pinkie said. "We seem to have that effect on ponies."
"What was her name again...that one over there." Blaze pointed at Rainbow who was now talking with her 4 friends in a circle.
"Her? She's Rainbow Dash, the FASTEST flyer in all Equestria!"
All Equestria, huh? I thought I took that title
"Oh, okay thanks, I didn't catch it the first time."
"No prob, enjoy yourself!" Pinkie said as she bounced off.
Rainbow Dash...
Blaze repeated the name in his head until he knew he could never forget it.

Blaze was rushed to the hospital as fast as possible. The diagnosis checked out. He has 3rd degree burns all over his body, and is in a coma.

"I'm sorry Rainbow, he's in a serious coma. He could be gone for as long as a month." A doctor pony said to Rainbow.
"What happens if he doesn't recover in a month?" Rainbow asked with tears still dripping.
"He....could pass away." Doctor pony said.

NO! WHAT HAVE I DONE!?!? I'll never forgive myself if he dies...I...I love him..... Rainbow thought.

She bolted out of the hospital and flew straight to her house.

"Rainbow...It's never easy telling ponies this....but....Blaze....Blaze passed away..."

Rainbow collapsed, unable to utter a single word.

"We're terribly sorry for your loss. loss. loss. loss...."

Rainbow woke up screaming.

It's been 3 weeks, so far, nothing....no response from Blaze. He lay there, motionless.

Rainbow developed depression, and she stays in her house all day, blaming herself for the pain of the one she loved.

"I feel so bad for Rainbow," Fluttershy said. "It must be hard to lose someone you love."
"Fluttershy! Blaze isn't dead yet, don't say sucha thang! "She'll get over it." Applejack retorted.
"What if she doesn't?" questioned Twilight.
"Ah don't know...Let's hope Blaze gets better, for both of their sakes," Applejack said.
