Dark Star, a twelve-year-old filly who lived in Stable 39, a Stable devoted to the manufacturing and maintenance of firearms and armor. She has practically grew up maintaining and shooting since she was eight. That, and she always snuck into the more 'sensitive' areas of Stable 39.

But when Dark Star witnesses something that could possibly send the Stable into a panic, she must find a way to get the news out…

Too bad the Overmare finds out and sends her goons to suppress Dark Star. That is why she leaves Stable 39 and ventures into the Ponizona Desert, to plan a way to save her Stable…
