“You took your medications without a fuss?”
“Yes.”
“And you ate all of your breakfast?”
“Not the spinach.”
Nurse Redheart let out a sigh as a smile crossed her face. “Of course, never the spinach.”
Screwball nodded and beamed at her. “So, do I get to go to visiting hours now?”
The white mare could tell the filly was almost at the point of jumping out of her bed with excitement. Of course, Redheart couldn’t just let her leave, not that she wanted to, either. Screwball had a tendency to ignore rules and hurt herself, both tendencies that were normally amplified when around other ponies. Then there was the last problem. “When was the last time Spit said anything?”
Screwball’s eyes drooped and left Redheart’s gaze as the filly rubbed one hoof over the other. “She hasn’t said anything.” She looked back up with the widest eyes she could manage. “Promise.”
How I wish you didn’t have to lie. “I’m still not certain. You haven’t been to visiting hours in almost two years and this stallion is very important to the hospital.”
The dark pink filly pouted. “You just don’t want to let me do anything, like always.”
The glare from Screwball almost caused a tear to come down Redheart’s face. She knew the filly tried to like her, but being the warden to her cage had long ago made the trust they shared very fragile. “No Screwball, I just–“
“Then let me go. Please!”
Screwball’s quivering eyes were too much for her and Redheart finally repented. She put a hoof below Screwball’s muzzle and forced their eyes to meet while her expression masked her sadness at the little one’s desperation and the shame she felt for allowing this. “Alright, but if you misbehave during the visit or anytime before the next one, you don’t go next time, okay?”
Screwball flung herself over Redheart and stood at the door with her tail frantically swinging side to side. “Yes, yes, a thousand times, yes!”
A small chuckle escaped Redheart and she opened the door to the hallway. Screwball immediately started to race down the clean, white corridors that she knew so well. A left would take her to radiology, a place she hoped to never have to go to, straight took her to group therapy, an activity she hated because every other pony seemed scared of her except for Barking, and then there was the path to the right. The path to the lobby. To more of the hospital. To ponies who didn’t think she was a freak. She skidded to a halt and crouched, ready to pounce right through the doors. A firm hoof on her tail stopped her. “Ow!”
“Calm down. Like I said, you need to be on your best behavior. Besides, he has asked for a private room to see you in without surveillance. That room is back towards group therapy.”
Screwball turned around, her eyes opened wide in astonishment. “N-no guards? Just, just me and him?”
Redheart felt a stab of pain in her chest and forced the lump in her throat out in a pained voice. “That is a privilege someone such as your father may have.” For a moment she thought the filly was about to pass out with how still she stood, but then she wobbled and nodded, trotting over to Redheart and staying close to her legs. There she stayed in silence while they walked down to the room.
Redheart only spoke again once they were at the door. “Remember, your best behavior. And… and good luck.”
Screwball glanced up, her eyes the size of dinner plates. “Can I know something before I go in?”
“Anything.”
“Why is he only coming now? Why didn’t he come to see me before?”
Redheart shut her eyes, forcing the tears back. It was so much easier when I didn’t have to lie. When it was just a visitor and… and. She shook her head and stamped a hoof down. The hospital can’t lose him. The other patients need his money or else… She looked down at the filly who now had her tail wrapped around her body.
“Sorry, just had to clear my head. From what I was told, keeping you here as we have costs a great deal, so he has had to work hard to make sure you’re safe for a long time, forcing him away, despite his desire to be with you. However, now that he has a stable income and doesn’t need to work as much, he should be able see you at least weekly, if not more.” Every inch of the smile she forced upon her face hurt.
Screwball stroked her tail and for a moment as she ground her teeth. It’s your fault you were never loved. Your fault that he had to suffer. She shook Spitball away and looked up at Redheart. “Thank you. I… I think I’m ready now.” She stepped forward and wrapped a fore hoof around one of her legs. “I’ll be good; promise.”
Redheart nodded and opened the door and watched as the little filly disappeared within. The sound of hooves came up from behind her once the door clicked shut. She looked back at the approaching pony and sighed. “Am I a bad mare?”
The medical director shook his head. “The equipment we were promised will help a lot of ponies. I don’t like having to sacrifice her, but he has done so much for us already. It is about time we had to pay for it.”
She glanced at him, the flat monotone of his voice making it hard for her to be convinced. “But is it worth possibly destroying a filly?”
The director looked at her and then glanced away. “I have a meeting to go to.”
Redheart nodded. She knew she couldn’t stop him. Stop this. Her hooves slowly slid along the tiles as she made her way back to the nurse’s station. She started the pot of coffee as she sat, wanting nothing more to go to sleep and forget about this. Instead, she watched the security system for when it told her the door opened so she could get Screwball out of there the moment they were done.
Screwball stepped into the room and saw a brown stallion with black hair sitting on the far side of a long table. She put one hoof forward and simply stared at him, her mouth slowly opening, but no words managing to escape. The stallion slipped off of the chair and walked over to her. “Hello Screwball. I’m so happy to see you again.”
A tear fell down her muzzle and she took another step towards him. “Da-dad?”
“Yes, and I am so sorry that I,” he stopped as she charged into his legs, almost knocking him over. He wrapped a fore hoof around her small form and bent over to nuzzle her. “I’m so happy to see you again.”
“I… I just can’t believe you came. I have been so lonely for so long and to know that my father actually cares about me and had cared about me all this time is… is, awesome!” She pranced a little bit before going back to snuggling his leg.
He smiled and ran a hoof along her tail. He could feel a slight heat come through it, but he didn’t dare seek it out. Not yet. “Of course I do. I only wish I could have come sooner, but taking care of you while keeping to my name of Mr. Rich was quite… taxing.” He bent his head slightly and let out a heavy sigh.
Filthy felt Screwball’s hooves come away from him and looked down at her. “What is the matter?”
“I… I caused you so many problems, just like I cause the nurses, just like I always cause ponies. That is why I am here. That is why I’m alone.” Each line came at a higher and higher pitch as tears started to swell in her eyes. Her hooves came around her head. “I don’t wanna be a bad filly for you. Please don’t say I’m a bad filly. Please!“
“Of course you aren’t Screw. You are your own special filly and I am willing to wait until the sun goes out for other ponies to see that truth.” He stepped back and gave her a large smile. “Now, why don’t we play some cards so I can make up for some of my time away?”
“Yay!” She jumped into the air again and raced to her chair. She sat upon it, but furrowed her brows and stood on the cushion as Mr. Rich came closer. “What are you doing?”
“I can’t have my little gem sitting so far away from me. Therefore, this needs to move.” He pushed the chair along the floor, met both by an ear splitting grinding sound from the floor, and an almost equally high pitched squeal of glee from the filly upon it.
Filthy sat back down on his own chair as Screwball hopped in her chair. “Do you know of the card game War?”
Screwball’s hooves came onto the table. “Nope. In fact,” she blushed slightly and bent her legs as her tail refused to stop swinging, “I haven’t ever played a card game.”
Mr. Rich nodded as he pulled the cards from an inner pocket of his black vest and spread them out for the shuffle. He then flicked each card into his right hoof, picked at random as a proper dealer should. “That is quite understandable, as the skills necessary to hold and deal the cards are only for those of the higher class, for the most part. However, the game we will play is rather simple.” He flicked a card over to the pink filly, but shook his head when she reached for it. “Leave it and watch a master at work.”
At first each card came slowly, Filthy’s left hoof gently brushing them off his right and letting them glide to their destination. However, as he got lower into the deck, the faster his pace became. Each moment captivated Screwball as she watched each card, amazed how all of them fell right onto one of the two neat piles, despite the lack of control on their flight. Once her stack was complete, Screwball couldn’t help but shove them off the table and giggle as the cards flew about. “Do it again, do it again!”
He smiled at the energy. “So you’re a fan of fifty-two pickup, aye? Well–“
Beep, beep.
He looked down to his left chest pocket and frowned as he slid the pager out slightly. Filthy lowered his head as a tear touched his eye. “I’m sorry, but I need to be going. I… I really wish I didn’t have to.”
Screwball paled and leapt off of her chair, crashing into Filthy. “No, please don’t go. I’ll pick up the cards if that is the problem, promise. Just please, please don’t go already.”
A hoof ran through her soft mane and he put his face very close to hers. “Don’t you worry. I’ll be back soon enough, but I still need to work, as much as I wish I didn’t.” Filthy watched as her head hung low and brought a hoof under her chin. “How about a loving kiss, as proof of how much you matter to me?”
She nodded her head and pecked him on the cheek. The action was met by a small chuckle before her lips were brought against his. Her father’s large tongue suddenly filled her mouth and coiled firmly around her own, sending ripples of excitement down her young body. He pulled Screwball in closer and his hoof stroked her mane gently as a slight moan instinctively came from the young filly. Just when she thought she was starting to recover from the odd, sensual grip of the act, he pulled away.
“I’ll be expecting another sweet tasting next time, alright Screwball?”
She tried to nod her head, but simply collapsed as her world spun faster. No answer came from her, but Filthy didn’t wait. He had already seen the reaction he wanted. One more stroke along her face to make sure she was okay was all he had time for, though, before rushing out; he stopped at the doorway as a stray idea started to become rather attractive.
“Screwball, darling?”
“Ye-yes?”
“Please, keep my cards. Consider it my first gift of many.”
Screwball merely nodded, her mind still trying to wake up and the random act of kindness further sending it spiraling into euphoria. He… he tasted so good, but… but it felt so good too. She shivered again as the memory of the kiss surged back through her one last time. She would soon be found sleeping, content and happy as that glorious moment replayed itself over and over again in the little filly’s mind.

Group Therapy
“Woof, woof, woof!”
“Hiss!”
Nurse Redheart smiled as she entered. Barking Mad was already chasing Screwball around the room, but it didn’t worry her. These two only ever seemed to really get along with each other, but it never seemed to help either as all they did was indulge in a fantasy and run around to chase one another. Then again, that is also why the director only lets me do this with them once a week for group ‘therapy’. She knew it made Screwball happy though, and she believed Barking enjoyed it too.
One of Screwball’s hooves slipped on the linoleum floor and she crashed to the floor with a small laugh escaping her lips instead of the frantic meows that normally accompanied the game. Barking was on top of her instantly, growling and snapping at her face. The blue mare’s demeanor swiftly changed as she bent down and laid next to Screwball, wrapping the little filly in her hooves and pulling her tight like a pup, an acknowledgement that the game was over. A growl came from the back of her throat as Redheart came closer.
“I’m sorry Barking, but Screwball has a visitor that she needs to go see.”
Screwball gasped as she attempted to get out of the grip of her friend, but was swiftly dragged back into the hug. “Is it dad?”
Barking’s brows narrowed and a smaller growl came from her. Redhead forced her smile to stay as she helped Screwball from her prison. “Yes, it is. Now, we don’t want to keep him waiting, do we?”
Screwball waved back at Barking as she followed Redheart. “See you next week!” She turned away as a loud bark came from the gray maned pony, ignoring the growl that came afterwards.
A quick glance let Redheart spot a stifled yawn. “You sure you’re awake enough for this?”
The little filly visibly stiffened and forced a bounce into her step. “I am, I swear. Just a little tired after playing with Barking.”
Redheart smirked and nodded. “I’m happy that you two are so close.”
“Me too. Now if only she could talk…”
A white hoof came around her and Nurse Redheart bent her knees to be closer to her. “I could always talk to you.” She looked down when Screwball looked away and puffed her cheeks out. “Well, at least you have him to make you happy.”
Screwball nodded and bounced into the room, missing the look of shame upon Redheart’s face. Instead, she saw the Filthy’s beaming smile as he slid off his chair and walked over to her. “Good morning Dammph!” She found herself in another lewd kiss as Filthy’s hooves came around her. His experienced tongue ran over hers before wrapping around it and sending electricity coursing through her body by the gentle twisting and pulling going on in her mouth. It was practical bliss until the hoof running along her back brushed against her rump and then pressed into it. “Mmp!”
Filthy pulled away and smiled at her. “I’m happy to be greeted by a smile this time.” He gestured towards the one end of the table. “I got them to set the chairs up, just for us.”
She let out a small squeal, the excitement for their time together pushing away the odd ending or the fact that he still kissed her like that. Screwball hopped onto the chair and bent so that only her eyes were over the table, or so she thought. “Are we going to play that game today?”
Mr. Rich took a deep breath as he looked at the cute pink rump that stood prominently in the air while he sat. Keep calm. Do this too quickly and she might panic, or worse. “Well, with how excited you were for simply getting prepped, I thought maybe I would spend today trying to teach you how to pick up the cards and deal them.”
She nodded eagerly before freezing. “Um, uh, actually…” She looked down. “I’m sorry. I was at group therapy with Barking and we’re not allowed to bring anything to group therapy, so I,” she stopped as Filthy placed a hoof on her shoulder. A quick glance at the hoof and a sheepish blush was soon followed by a large yawn.
“Are you tired?”
“No!”
“Are you lying?”
Screwball put a hoof over her mouth and furiously shook her head. A small chuckle escaped Filthy and he jumped down from his chair. “Come down honey.”
She slowly came down, her eyes unable to meet his. “I swear I didn’t lie. Promise. I’m wide awaaaai.” She covered her wide open mouth again as tears filled her eyes. No. I can’t be sleepy. He’ll leave then and I won’t have anyone to talk to until he comes back.
The hoof came back to her face and wiped away a tear. “Lay down on your belly.”
Screwball did as she was told and Filthy trotted behind her. A hoof came gently upon her back and started to rub at the shoulder blades of the filly. She let out a small groan as tension she never knew she had was kneaded into. “It hurts a little.”
“Don’t worry. It’ll hurt at first, but it should start feeling amazing real soon.” His hoof dug in deeper at just that moment, eliciting a stronger yelp from her.
“I don’t believe you.” She waited for his response, but soon felt his muzzle on her neck and his breath in her ear.
“Trust me, please.”
She loosened up, believing in his promise as the knots in her back started to undo themselves and a soothing pressure got through the fierce pain. “Ma-maybe you’re right.”
He smiled as his hooves and body moved lower down the body and rubbing down the filly further. Each few inches would cause another squeak of pain from her, but a few light kisses on her body and a little time would bring her back to a state of calm. Then his hoof sunk into her rump.
“Yeep!”
“What is it?”
Screwball looked back at Filthy and saw a trusting smile looking back at her. Why isn’t he thinking this is weird? What if this isn’t weird? It feels good, just like the kisses do. Ma-maybe it is nothing. “No-nothing. Promise.”
Filthy nodded and started to knead into the small filly’s rump in front of him. His gentle touch sent slight thrills of electricity through her as he kept going. It warmed her, and caused butterflies to get into her stomach, even though all that was happening was her father touching her. She tried to use that as an excuse to relax, and at first it worked. However, a breeze against her most private place put every hair on her on edge from the sudden sensation.
Filthy stepped back as Screwball’s legs kicked out and she scrambled away from him, falling as her hooves didn’t quite wake up as fast as she did. He looked at her dumbfounded. “What happened?”
Her tail clamped down on her rump as she took in deep breaths, simply staring at him. She didn’t know what to say. What if she had been wrong and accusing him of something like that would make him angry, make him leave? Screwball decided she couldn’t risk it, not yet. “Nothing, I guess.”
He breathed out a heavy sigh. “Maybe I should go. It’s obvious you’re uncomfortable and little fillies should get their sleep when they need it.” He started to trot to the door when she spoke up.
“Yo-you don’t have to go, promise!”
Filthy looked back and shook his head. “You need more time to get used to being open around me. I’ll give you that time.”
She ran after him, slamming head first into the shut door as it closed behind him. There she sat, crying, wishing her body hadn’t forced her to react, that she could have ignored that odd breeze that was just that, a breeze. At least, that’s what she told herself.

Okay, confession time. I wrote this MONTHS ago, like, back when I first started writing for this story. However, a conflict with my editor and being busy caused it to get lost, and when I found it, I didn't know whether or not to post it, since the story was already cancelled. However, now that I also have the next chapter and half done (they need to be edited) and only have one chapter more, I thought it was about time I published this, and switched it back to incomplete.
Filthy Thoughts
Filthy sighed internally as he sat across from Cheerilee. “So, Diamond has been a hassle as of late?”
Cheerilee shook her head. “This is the third time I’ve had to call you in here for her harassing the other students in two weeks. You know just as well as I do that this isn’t an ‘as of late’ problem.”
Filthy took a deep breath in as he pushed down the rage that built within him anytime someone attempted to insult his little gem. The truth though was not something he could deny, especially not when this other filly had a broken leg from being ‘encouraged’ to try to fly from the top of the jungle gym. He put his hooves against his temples and shook his head. “Are you sure this isn’t just a phase?”
Cheerilee scowled at him before opening another file. “Three years ago: eleven incidents of harassment, only two acted upon. Two years ago: eight with two, but thoughts that her month in Zebrica may have affected this number. And then there was last year with thirteen and four being acted upon, which does include the attempt to sabotage the Cutie Mark Crusaders and their attempt to bear the flag for Ponyville in the Equestrian Games.” She closed the file and looked back to him. “I assure you, this is no phase.”
Filthy bit into his lip and squeezed his eyes shut. “I’ll… I’ll try to make sure this punishment sticks with her, I promise.”
Cheerilee stepped out from behind her desk and escorted Filthy to the door. “I wouldn’t normally recommend this, but at this point I think corporal punishment may be a route to consider if you have not done so.”
He furrowed his brow as a scowl crossed his lips. “Are you sure?”
She ignored the slight growl and nodded. “Sometimes what some pony like this needs is that one good beating to shape up, or in this case, a simple spanking should do. The hope is it reminds them that they aren’t untouchable.” Cheerily crossed her forehooves and looked away as Filthy’s gaze became more intense. “You know I care for all my students, Mr. Rich. I would not suggest this if I did not think it would help.”
Filthy puffed out his chest and took a step forward, before immediately hanging his head and sighing. “You… are right. I’ll try to see what I can do.” He tipped his hat to Cheerilee and then stepped out. Waiting in the hallway, curled up like her cat, was Diamond Tiara. His heart ached at the sight and he walked over, giving her ear a light nibble.
A soft giggle escaped Diamond Tiara as she stretched out. “Dad, how many times do I have to tell you not to do that?”
He gave her a slight tug that was rewarded by her puffing her cheeks at him before another slight giggle. “Maybe if you didn’t seem to enjoy it so much, I would stop. Why were you sleeping anyways?”
“Pfft. Having to deal with so many idiots can be quite tiring. You know the feeling, right dad?”
Filthy started to trot away as he nodded. “I suppose I do. However, I have never attempted to break one of those ‘idiot’s’ legs before.” He felt a surge of sin run through his body as Diamond’s ears went down slightly, a sign of weakness, weakness she would only show around those she trusted. Like me. The only outward sign of his annoyance was a slight widening of his eyes as he forced the feelings down, forced the fantasies down, but most importantly, made sure to keep his cock down.
“If you had an idiot as annoying as her and her two stupid blank flank friends, then you’d understand.”
He squeezed his eyes shut, ignoring the cute whining that was like a symphony to his ears. “You will still have to be punished. Again.” A slight sigh escaped Filthy’s mouth, but Diamond’s lips simply curled into a slight pout.
“So… no dessert for a week?”
“No.”
“I have to give Dazzle a bath?”
Filthy had to admit it was technically physical punishment, but not effective physical punishment. “No.”
“Silver can’t come over for the next two Saturdays?”
“No, my little gem, it is something new.”
He had stopped with those words, causing Diamond Tiara to have to crane her head back to look at him. “Something new?”
Filthy slightly bit into his lip as her tail stayed close to her. He could almost imagine how wonderful his hoof sinking into that soft flesh of her rump would feel as he gazed upon it. I could even pull away her tail, force her to show me everything as a ‘traditional’ part of the punishment. Then, halfway through them, when she is asking me to slow down, I can, but at the price of running my hoof along her cute, little, delicate- He almost reared as his stiffening member brought him back to reality. He shook his head before feeling a buzz from his tan jacket. He thanked the distraction, but it did not remove the shame in his chest. “One moment.”
Diamond finally turned around, beginning to fidget with her hooves as her father took the call. Filthy knew it was about work, but quickly hung up on the person, telling himself that he needed to call them back once they were away from the school. He turned to Diamond, wearing a scowl that was more to himself than it ever could have been for his daughter.
“We will talk about this tomorrow. For now, you are to go home, do your chores and eat. When you are done with all of that, go straight back to your room and rest. I, however, need to go. I’m sorry.”
Diamond frowned and put a hoof on Filthy. “But what about ice cream Fridays?”
He bit into his cheek and shook his head. “Tomorrow, and I’ll even allow double toppings. How does that sound?”
Diamond pondered it for a few moments before standing tall and proper. “Sounds like a fine deal. Now, leave my sight before I change my mind.”
He nodded and stepped out of her way. He watched closely as Diamond walked away, ashamed for he fact that he couldn’t tear his eyes away from those soft flanks he had come so close to abusing. No Filthy. You didn’t come close. You may never come close to her like that, no matter how… tempting, it might be. Filthy took one more deep breath and turned away to call back the distraction, his mind already coming up with excuses as to why he wouldn’t be making the meeting that afternoon.
The minute he closed the phone, he forced himself to trot to his destination. Sprinting at a full gallop would only bring attention to him, and though the MRI machines and the possibility of a new wing of the hospital had forced the chairman of Ponyville general to fold and force his nurses to fold with him, it would do nothing to protect his reputation if other ponies found out. They wouldn’t understand him. They would call him a monster, and say he was breaking the filly by forcing her into these acts. But this is why it must be that copycat. Otherwise, how am I to continue my corporation once I am gone?
His steps alerted the nurses of his presence and he gave them a large smile as he arrived at the counter. “Hello there. I am looking for Redheart.”
“I’m here.”
He turned around to see Redheart, who currently had ketchup and a burger patty in her mane. A slight snicker escaped him as she stomped forward. “You’re supposed to make an appointment before seeing her.”
His smile stayed, but his eyes reflected none of the warmth in it. “I would not test me today. Now, is this her doing?”
She scowled. “More your doing. She has been temperamental ever since you visited her three days ago. What did you do to her?”
He stepped forward and whispered, “Much less than what I plan to soon, and you know that, so don’t ask me again.” Filthy continued to trot before calling back to Redheart. “If you could wait about fifteen minutes before letting her come to me, that would be perfect.” He paused and turned back. “Though, makes sure she knows I am only here to talk to her about her mischief, understood?” He waited for the stilted nod before he walked away from her.
Filthy stepped into the waiting room, sighing as he shifted the chairs away from the table. It annoyed him to normally do such things, but Nurse Redheart was the only one who knew his true intentions. The rest had simply told to not question anything he did, but that also left a lack of ponies to help in the whole process. He had only just moved the table away from the center when Screwball trotted in.
His libido quaked at the sight of her. Filthy gave his mind no restrictions for imagining what he could do to the small filly to sate his hunger, not today. He didn’t even care that his cock was already exposing itself as the thought of venting his frustration became too tempting. “Do you know why I am here today Screwball?”
“Because you love me?” She bounced and smiled at him, but he could tell that she was nervous. A slight fidget there, a falter of her smile here, and it all served to only excite him more.
“That is a given, but today I am not here solely for that. I am here to punish you.”
Screwball’s eyes went wide and she crouched. “I didn’t do anything, I promise!”
“Are you lying to me?”
“Of course not!”
“Then why was there a hamburger patty in your nurse’s hair?”
She froze in place and pouted. “She gave me pickles. She knows I hate pickles.”
Filthy shook his head, ignoring the intensity in her voice. “That doesn’t matter. You don’t simply lash out at another pony when you are angry. You talk to them, tell them why they have wronged you. Instead, you are determined to be stubborn, but hopefully my hooves can leave a lesson on you that they couldn’t.” He stamped his hoof on the ground and puffed his chest out.
At first, Screwball stepped forward herself, her lips lifting into a snarl. She quickly abandoned it, her eyes widening once more as she hid behind her tail. “Please, don’t hit me.”
He shook his head. “I won’t simply be beating you Screwball. However, I will be hurting you though a traditional practice between ponies called spanking. During it, I will be bringing my hoof against your flanks with as much strength as I determine necessary.” He scowled as she hid further into her tail. “However, I don’t want you to forget that I care, so I will be balancing my harsh touch with a loving rub. Does that sound fair?”
“Wha-what do you mean?” She looked at him with doe eyes as she fidgeted on the ground.
“I mean that every smack will be accompanied by the edge of my hoof against your marehood.”
Her eyes somehow became even larger as tears formed at their edges. “No! I… I don’t want you to touch me, spankings or rubs!”
He put a hoof over her mouth. “Perhaps this will help you remember not only to behave better then, but that you should also trust me and my bonding..
