The TARDIS materialized in a strange, yet beautiful, room. In the center sat a woman, a rather important woman. Of course, The Doctor didn't know this, so he was a little startled when she looked to him.

"Good. The last one is here. Let's get started," she said, adjusting a pair of glasses that had appeared from nowhere. "Though each of you can not see them, there are hundreds of others listening as well. Some, are physically next to me, others are merely hearing this conversation. Some of you know who I am, others do not. I am The Musician, Essence, The Nightingale, Madness, The Lady of Worlds. I have many names, but for all sakes and purposes, when it comes to this, you shall call me Nightingale. I have decided to bring you together, oh shut up you," she said, directing the words at an unseen person, "to create a new... Council, per say. The old council, comprised of beings like myself, were destroyed. You may feel free to join, or not. If you decide to, we will continue here. If not, your memory will be wiped. This Council, I'm calling it Black Lotus, is to save worlds, free the oppressed, and other similar goals."

She nodded as, apparently, multiple people vanished.

"Alright. Anyone else?" She asked.

The Doctor shook his head. It was a nice ideal. Few would likely refuse.

"Black Lotus will not interfere without the Universe Displaced's explicit permission, if they are a member. Those of you who have decided to join, I will visit briefly to explain the details further. Have a nice day."

The Doctor found himself back in the TARDIS, flying down towards Equestria. "Strange..."

Little did he know, The Nightingale's visit would rattle Equestria.
