lyra explores aperture

the cutie mark crusaders were wondering around the forest talking to each other trying to think of something to do so that they could "finally get their cutie marks"  the crusaders were entering a darker part of the forest, this caused the crusaders to slow down carefully looking back and forth at their surroundings

when Scootaloo decides to suddenly stop ,causing sweetie belle and Apple bloom to run into each other.  Apple bloom asks " what gives?, why'd you-" she cut herself off after looking at what was ahead of

them , it looked like a sliding door with the words APERTURE LABORATORIES entrance: 07 with a picture of a black figure standing on its hind legs and waving hi with one of its front legs, sweetie belle asks "is this a dragons cave?"scootaloo asks "have you ever seen a dragon with no tail?" sweetie belle responds "well a human is technically a dragon with no tail!" scootaloo says "then it must be a human cave!". the crusaders were terrified just by the thought of entering that...cave, they weren't going in there without at least someone to accompany them for they were afraid of what ever might be beyond this point . The Crusaders headed back to pony Ville and the cave was so far away that by the time they got back it was dinner time so the crusaders thought it wold be a good idea to discuss this over a meal, rarity obviously declined to the offering and applejack said she would go if she wasn't so busy bucking apples.the crusaders were just going to forget about that place but then a pony named Lyra heartstrings said she over heard them talking and wanted to go with them. the crusaders agreed to meet her at the edge of the everfree forest tomorrow morning. all through the night the crusaders were having dreams about what they might find in the cave, sweetie belle thought they were going to find humans and the humans were going to capture them and devour them .morning came and the crusaders were at the Edge of the Ever-free.  Lyra hadn't gotten there yet and just before the crusaders were about to  leave, Lyra

ran up behind them and said "sorry I'm late, I had to get my note books!" Apple bloom says "whatever" and begins to lead the way. The four ponies make it to the ainchent temple and and Lyra see's the sign the crusaders were talking about and immediately starts making notes on it, once she is done she says " perhaps

it is a welcome sign because it looks like the figure is waving" then she looks at the logo on the door and All all though she didn't know what it meant, she still tried to carefully copy it down so that she cold find out what it meant later. Lyra moves the sliding door with her magic and sweetie belle says "you first". Lyra walks into what looks like a lobby, she walks over to the desk and notices a metal box with a large picture frame connected to it with a string that they had never seen before. Lyra makes  some notes on what she see's then turns to the crusaders and says " maybe the humans used this metal box to contain magic and the string can transfer magic from the box to the picture frame.  They continue down the hallway  and find some garbage some dirt ,more magic boxes and something that looked like a ball except it was made out of metal

that had a huge hole and 2 Handles. Lyra takes the sphere and leaves it at the door so that she can take it back to pony ville to study it later.  sweetie belle asks "why would you want to keep such an ugly scratched up ball? " Lyra replies

"  so that we can find out what it's for!" . the four ponies find a directory in the hall way and decide to look at

  it to see where they are in this temple. the crusaders were playing around at this point with Lyra being the only serious one about this. Lyra decided to go to a small room labeled breaker room 2. When they get there the crusaders start running down the isles and flipping random switches, none of them seemed to do anything. Lyra saw what was probably the largest lever in the room and it said in equestrian 'main power breaker' when lyra flipped the switch, bright lights turned on and there was a loud distant voice, Lyra started running toward the voice with the Crusaders following along and when she found out where the voice was coming from she didn't see anyone, apple bloom said "I'm confused" sweetie belle says "there's a ghost!"  then lyra says "it must be a magic recording" when the voice finished it's statement the walls in the room started glowing and displaying words and numbers , the crusaders were now running around while screaming and yelling meanwhile Lyra stayed completely calm while writing things down. One of the walls moved reveling more hallway. When she walked into this corridor she noticed a rail on the ceiling and wondered why it was there what it was for, at the end of this corridor was what Looked like another door, this door had a sign on it that said in equestrian; cryogenic storage. There was a button to the side of the door and in hope of it opening the door, she pressed it. The crusaders were cringing in fear of what might be

on the other side, when the door opened the voice that spoke earlier came on again and this time it spoke equestrian. "Hello, and again welcome to the aperture science enrichment center!, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties due to circumstances of potentially apocalyptic significance beyond our control,  however thanks to emergency testing protocols testing can continue, these pre-recorded messages will provide instructional and motivational support so that science can still be done even in the event of environmental, social, economic

Or structural collapse, to eject a subject out of a cryogenic storage tube, press the red button on the control pad. If the- "  the voice cut off and Lyra wrote down every last word it said. Then they look at the cryo room and start walking around on the cat walk, the four ponies are all staring in awe at how big this place is. The ponies reach the end of the third isle and noticed there was something (or hopefully) someone inside this tube, sweetie belle asks "whoa what is that?" Scootaloo replies " How are we supposed to know!?" Then Lyra tells the cutie mark crusaders to be silent. Lyra then shows a large smile on her face and presses the eject button ,as the magic recording told them to do. There was a hissing noise coming from the inside of the tube and the hatch opened it was a human, he was asleep. The human wore a lab coat, black pants, black shirt with a collar

And a dark grey tie, he had a brown mane and he wore glasses. He momentarily woke up and Lyra said "uh...hello?" The man got out of the tube and hit an orange button causing the tube to close, he then turned to the ponies and said " oh my, what happened to this place?".
