When some of Nightingale’s relatives from Appleloosa unexpectedly turn up in Ponyville for a visit, Nightingale pretends she’s a worker on the Apple farm to make them happy. The lie quickly runs away from her, however, and soon Nightingale must choose: the farce and the fulfilled expectations of her family—or the truth and her family’s disappointment.
