The renowned warrior Blizzard Blast journeys to Ponyville with dark purposes of avenging the death of his father, only to be swept into an adventure with the rest of his family in the fight against the forces of evil all across Equestria.

There is something strange about the attacks that have been happening lately in Equestria. Too many of them are taking place too quickly. The Blizzard family quickly learns that all of the villains scattered across Equestria are joining forces in some coordinated, larger plan to wipe their family name off the face of the planet. The Blizzards must stick together as a family if they want to win the battle they are about to fight- the battle against Doomsday.

And in the midst of all this . . . will Blizzard Blast find love? Does he have room in his heart for such nonsense?
