If I Die Tomorrow

It was a cold dark day in ponyville as Applejack got back home to her beloved farm.

"Ah wonder if anypony's home yet?"

She said as she opened the door to her family's house.

"AppleBloom, Granny, Big Mac...Anypony?"

Applejack was only replied too with a sigh of her own. She walked over to the fridge and pulled out a bottle of apple cider then proceeded to pour herself a cup of the fine cider.

"No, ah shouldn't drink just in case anypony comes home early. What could ah do to pass the time?"

She looked out the window and towards a path that she always loved to take walks on.

"Yea, a walk sounds nice."

So with that she left her house and started off towards the path.

"Oh no oh no oh no, Arghhhh where is it?"

RainbowDash frantically searched around her room for a gift she had bought for somepony.

"Gahh I know it's here somewhere..... Ha Ah there you are. Now just to bring you to her house."

Rainbow set off flying towards Sweet Apple Acres.

"Ohhh what if she doesn't like it? No, don't think like that Rainbow she'll love it....I hope."

Rainbow said to herself in worry.

This was the first time she'd be confessing her love for Applejack or to anypony for that matter so she had all the reasons In the world to be nervous.

"Okay your almost there just calm down."

She swooped down below the tree line to test her agility and handling.

"Okay you've got this, you won't crash, the present won't brake. Why? Because your awesome that's why."

She said as she confidently swerved around all the trees and obstacles.

Applejack was half way done her walk when she saw a multi color pegasus flying full speed at her.

"What in tha....Woah!!!"

She was interrupted by a force knocking her to the ground.

When she opened her eyes they were met by a pair of familiar magenta ones leaning over top of her.

"Uhhh....howdy Rainbow."

Rainbow didn't respond but just stared into A.J.'s eyes.

"Earth ta Rainbow!"

Applejack said.

"Oh uh hey Applejack what are you doing out here?"

She said getting up off of Applejack and back on to all four hooves.

"Ah could say the same for you. Ah'm just out for a walk. What's your story?"

"Well I was.....oh no."

She peeked around A.J. to find the present still in tact.

"Oh thank Celestia."

She said in relief.

"So why are ya here?"

Applejack said in annoyance.

"Well I uh I was flying that present out to somepony."

"Who's it for?"

A.J. asked.

"Well it's uh...it's kinda for you."

Rainbow said as her cheeks turned a bright red.

"Oh why thank ya Rainbow but why?"

"Just open it."

"Fine."

They walked over to the present that was sitting on the ground.

"Well open it"

said Rainbow excited but also extremely nervous.

"Alright just wait for me ta sit down jeez."

A.J. opened the present and with one glance she gained a huge smile of happiness and confusion.
