The world of Equestria is a paradise; a place where hunger is rare, violence is practically non-existent, and war is something long ago confined to the history texts. The weather is completely controlled and manufactured, the seasons artificial, and the celestial bodies are moved by the Alicorn Princesses. There is one place though, in all the beautiful world of Equestria, where the laws of the world do not apply. Forbidden to all ponykind, the Everfree Forest stands as a blotch on the face of the world. All that ponykind knows is that evil beings such as the changelings will occasionally pour forth from it.
