"Alright Clara, I'm going to bring her into basic mode for you t-" The Doctor started before being interrupted by his human companion Clara.
"Basic? Because I'm a girl?"
The Doctor laughed, as he flipped a switch, the lights turning off as an unexpected result. "Well that wasn't supposed to happen?" he smiled, as the Tardis lurched to the side, falling into a full out shaking and rocking of the ship, tossing the two around like rag-dolls.
"Doctor!" Clara yelled as she attempted to reach for the Doctor, seeing her hand morph into a hoof in front of her eyes, Going into a panic she clung onto the side of the console helplessly as she watched The Doctor fall out of the Tardis.

"Ugh... My head." The Doctor attempted to move to no avail, He opened his eyes to a greenish tint of the dull light, he opened his mouth to breath but felt a liquid slide in instead of air. Oddly enough he was still able to breath, "Perfluorocarbon" The Doctor spoke, still aware of his submersion. Suddenly a upside down figure came into view, a bug-horse like creature with long fangs.
"Well finally someone decides to show up, can you help me out of here?" The Doctor looked around discovering he was the one who was upside down in some strange breathable goop, defiantly not perfluorocarbon. After a few minutes of the creature staring at him the Doctor looked confused, "Can you talk?"
The creature replied in a strange mix between hissing and neighing, causing The Doctor to ironically smile. The creature rolled it's eyes and began casting some sort of spell from it's curved and holey horn, slowly making the Doctor weaker until he fell under the cool blackness of unconsciousness.
Slowly regaining his strength, the Doctor awoke, now on the ground with his hooves glued in place with the same liquid thing that held him before, "Why are you doing this, you could obviously kill me if you try, I'm completely vulnerable." he spoke, his head lulling up and down as he tried to stay awake.
"You will not be harmed, we are mere 'post-ponies' " The creature spoke, hissing and spitting as it did.
The Time lord laughed, "Really, Post-men for whom?"
The creature looked to the right, as a shadowy figure approached, Their heavy hoof-steps creating the recognizable sound of the Cyber-men.
"This is it. I'm dead, Oh wait... You don't know who i am." Cheer came back to the Doctor as he remembered erasing himself from everything in the universe.
"YOU ARE THE DOCTOR, YOU ARE A TIME PONY FROM GALLOPFREY, YOU ARE THE FUTURE CYBER-PLANNER."
The Doctor blinked, "I guess you do know. What was that last part, Cyber-planner? You can't convert me, I'm not compatible!"
"WE HAV-"
"Oh I know, I know... UPGRADED yourselves. I assume you are going to take my brain and shove it into one of your tin suits."
While the Doctor was distracted, 6 little cyber-mites came crawling out of the cyber-pony's eyes, and up onto the Doctor, upon realizing he squirmed and jerked around, calming down only when one climbed into his ear, he stared dully at the cyber-pony as pieces of cyber-tech were arranged on his head.
Calmly the Doctor broke his way out of the creatures goo, and simply with a single slide of his head the Cyber-pony shot down the creature, "Kill the hive. They are of no use to us anymore. We have the Time lord."

Clara banged on the locked Tardis door, shouting the Doctor's name, she backed up as she heard the key turning in the lock, "Doctor, Is that you?"
"Of course it is me Clara. No pony else has the key to the Tardis." The Cyber-planner gloried in the feeling of the key in his hoof, the cyber-ponies now had control of all of time and space.
"... Right, You sound different."
"I regenerated slightly on the way here, things are going to be different."
Clara grumbled, she obviously didn't trust this horse doctor, with his floppy mid-brown hair, and smooth tan-ish fur, but he did have the recognizable bow-tie and jacket. She had no choice but to trust him on this.
The Cyber-planner looked at Clara, he felt as if his acting worked, 'You're not that hard to copy Doctor, shame.' he thought, receiving a mind grunt in response, 'Big, bad Time lord is mad~' He scoffed, as he walked over to Clara, she had pinkish-orange fur, and dark brown hair, and now she was a Pegasus instead of human. 'You saved her on the way here, She would not have survived without your donation of a regeneration energy. At least you can not use that against us now.' 'You still have weaknesses, and I will find them and use them against you!'
Clara blinked at The Doctor, "You okay Doctor? You've been staring for a little while now." Clara seemed uncomfortable with the Doctor, "You know what... I'm going to go to sleep, I've had a long day. Thanks for letting me fly her, let's not do it again." Clara backed away from the Doctor, and towards a corridor, "You just choose somewhere to go, anywhere's okay." She left, trotting through the corridor to her bedroom.
"See what you did." The Doctor spoke to himself, "You are one to talk, You had control of the body." The Doctor turned bright red as he went to look at books to figure out how to get him out this predicament. "You are never going to find anything on us Doctor."
"I can try." He growled in reply to the Cyber-planner in his head. Before sitting down with a book on Cybernetics, and Mondaisian technology.
