During an errand given by Princess Celestia, Twilight Sparkle and Discord discover a wanted sign for an assassin that connects to a murder case earlier on in Twilight's childhood.

The murder case of the Super Intendent of Manehatten. Now, Twilight goes on a quest to find the murderer to right this injustice, but various obstacles prove to make that a problem.
