Mlp parents day

It was a normal day in Ponyville, as a purple mare made her way up to Sugarcube corner. Her name was Twilight Sparkle. The pony's mind was not actually focused on the road, she was thinking about a new book, or she would have noticed a large crowd gathering, including her 5 best friends, around the town mayor.

"Earth to Twilight," said a blue Pegasus.

"Oh hi every pony," she replied, finally noticing them,

"Why is every pony gathered here?"

"That's just it, sugar cube," answered a blond pony called Applejack,

"the mayor has prepared a surprise for us all. Any idea what it is?"

"I didn't even know anything was up, I just came to order some cupcakes. Speaking of cupcakes, where is Pinkie?"

"Behind you silly!" said a pink pony.

"Girls, please, the mayor is about to reveal the surprise!" put in a white mare, who had a perfect mane, of an exquisite shade of purple.

All 6 of them shut up, and turned to listen to the mayor.

"Welcome evrypony! I am delighted to inform you that today is parents day! That's right, all your parents will have arrived at your homes by now, so that you can spend the day with them."

"Yippee!! shouted Pinkie pie, It's gonna be sooo much fun! oh, oh, I bet Maud's coming to!!! Oooh, we can make rock candy and...."

Meanwhile, her friends all trotted, flew or galloped away. They each wanted to ge home quickly for various reasons.
