Leaving Equestria

It was Midnight in Equestria. A young, lone, blue Pegasus soared over Ponyville quietly in the night breeze. Rainbow Dash was very tired, she couldn't get to sleep, she was suffering from insomnia after hearing that she was going to go for an interview with the Wonderbolts tomorrow and she had to prepare a performance. All was calm, the stars where out and a thin layer of cirrus was hovering high above. It was quiet, very quiet, nothing but the sound of the wind calmly whistling past her ears and the crickets chirping. Below her the last light of Ponyville dimmed and flickered out, a front door closed in the distance, echoing through Ponyville loudly and giving Rainbow Dash a little shock, bringing her back into reality. “Hmm!” she chuckled to herself “That scared me!” she sighed “What am I gonna do tomorrow? The Wonderbolts are really strict and I’m not sure I’m gonna pass!”… She “Just calm down Dashie it’s gonna be great!” she said to herself “I’m gonna do awesomely! And the Wonderbolts will love me and I will be awesome! Yeah!”…  “It’s tomorrow morning! At dawn!” Dash pondered over this fact for a few minutes trying to put together some flight patterns and tricks in her head, she couldn’t think straight, she was panicking and feeling rushed! “Damn it I knew I shouldn’t have been slacking off hanging out with the girls! Damn it! Damn it! DAMN IT!!!”
