Away From Home

A tan pegasus slowly opened his eyes. The bright sun in his window blinded him for a moment. He blinked a few times to clear is vision, and slowly got up. He got out of bed and stretched while loudly yawning. He brushed his orange hair from his eyes, and looked at his tired self in the bathroom mirror. "Good morning Creambrush." He said sleepily looking in the mirror. He brushed his teeth, and continued combing his mane. He finished up what he was doing and walked out into the kitchen. He brewed some tea and sat down at the table. He was about to take a sip, when a large thump make him spill his tea all over the table. He quickly looked outside to see what made the loud noise. The thumps that shook the town came closer, causing ponies in the streets to run. The trees were ripped out of the ground, and were pushed aside by large black hands. A roar shook the houses, and knocked ponies off their hooves.

Slowly, a large growling creature walking into the town. It was larger than any house, and it was black as the night sky. It had stars covering its body, and a white star on the top of its head. Spit was dripping from its mouth, and it was growling as it looked around the town. It looked like a huge bear, the stallion has never seen something like it before! Ponies screamed as they ran through the streets. Another roar esacped the creatures mouth, and make a filly fall to the ground. The creature looked down at her and got on all fours. Its huge teeth were aloud touching her, as it breathed heavily towering over her. She was frozen in fear, and the stallion quickly ran outside. He began to run to where the filly was , as the bear like creature opened is mouth about to bite her.  The stallion was about to reach her, when something happened.

A purple unicorn dived in front of the filly, kicking the creature in the jaw. It got up and raised is paw into the air. The unicorn was almost invisible under the creatures shadow and near the field of trees. She quickly levitated a huge rock and threw it against the creatures face, as it angrily roared in response. It smacked the unicorn with its paw and she was smashed into a house. She was in the light now, and the stallion could see her clearly. His eyes widened as he saw the unicorn- wait no she was no unicorn. He saw a pair of purple wings on her back and gasped loudly. He didn't know what to do. He was frozen at the sight of a real alicorn. Was this one of the famous two sisters? Or could it be the crystal empires princess? Why was she out here? Questions swirled through is mind, as he stared at the purple alicorn. She slowly got up and levetaed carts and rocks, she slammed them against the bear, as the bear roared and slapped her with its paws.

She was covered in scratches and blood by the end of the battle. The creature ran off into the woods, still making large footsteps that rattled the town. The alicorn quickly got up and ran into the woods. The filly she saved was already long gone, and he was almost the only one outside. He didn't know what to do, what do say, who to tell! His head was spinning, he then slowly walked back inside to calm down, and relive the situation.
