Three days ago, a message was received from the Crystal Empire: Shining Armor - brother of Twilight Sparkle, Capitan of the Royal Guard, Prince and wife of Princess Cadance- is dead.

The news sweeps across Equestria rapidly. No one know how he died, nor when. His body was never recovered. All that is known is his caravan was moving through the mountains of Canterlot and completely vanished. No traces of him nor his guards have been found after constant magical scurrying.

Hetrimer is an assassin, having served his master for over 300 years. Recently, his master has decided that it is time to rise up and destroy the order that the princesses have brought to the land. In order to do so, Hetrimer has been sent out to do so, the first of his missions to take out Shining Armor. And, as shown, he was successful.

However, his next mission is one that he is not sure that he can complete. He must assassinate Twilight Sparkle.
