The Clone Wars have raged for a year now and both sides begin to seek an advantage to turn the standing stalemate in their favor. The Republic has dispatched two battalions from the 22nd Defense Regiment to a sector of Wild Space to explore and search for any new resources, allies, or locations for secret bases. But nothing goes as planned. An encounter with a violent nebula sends the regiment's assault ship careening towards an unknown planet.

Stranded and out of contact with the Republic, the 22nd must now work with the local inhabitants to survive as they try to return home. Luck abandons them further as Separatist forces arrive leaving the 22nd to stand in defense of the bizarre race that inhabit the planet.

For Clone ARC Trooper Captain Leonis and local princess Twilight Sparkle, the events that follow will hold sway on the not only on their lives but the stability of the galaxy as a whole. Loyalty will be tested, bonds will strain, and lives will be shattered. Victory or defeat here will resonate across the galaxy and leave a lasting impact in the years to come.
