Cadance sighed as she looked at the curtains set underneath her castle. The rainstorm last night had been extremely fierce, and from early reports, their national symbol was in less than pristine condition. But why do I have to clean it? She sighed as the book of traditions came to mind. That book had caused her more than a fair share of problems.
Still, despite her groans, she would not shirk her royal duties. In this nature, she first washed herself in a bath situated within the curtain so as to cleanse her body before handling the artifact. For just a moment one of her hooves drifted just slightly too low on her barrel and a shiver ran down her spine. She grit her teeth, remembering just how loud she could get. I know you miss Shining, but he’ll be back in a week, so you are not about to start screaming in complete ecstasy as your perfectly manicured hoof glides in, swirling around so as to get read for his– Her thoughts were abruptly cut off as the first sharp whine escaped her lips. “Damnit Shining.”
She made sure to wash the naughty hoof extra thoroughly before coming out, her pink coat shining in the sunlight. She swept along herself with a small bit of levitation magic and deposited the loose water back into the tub. She then turned the final bend where a wide variety of cleaning supplies could be seen, all surrounding her Crystal Heart.
The poor thing was entirely covered in mud with a few branches sticking out from the casket of filth. Cadance took a deep swallow and hoped she would be able to do a good job. One mess up, and they’ll know. They all care about this like Shining does his porn collection. Of course, she giggled slightly to herself. I’m not supposed to know about that.
She picked up one of the hoses and cast a bubble around herself. A soft whistle came from Cadance’s muzzle as she worked, enjoying the rest that simply blasting her worries away provided her. At least, until her mind drifted to lower, softer settings on the hose, and exactly where that water could go. “Damnit Cadance, stop.”
Cadance shook her head to rid herself of the attractive thoughts and picked up a sponge, hoping the more focused work would help her concentrate.
The Heart pulsed as the sponge came against it. It was being… touched. No, cleaned. Its princess was cleaning it. A soft warmth came through it as the thick layer of grime finally started to come away. The artifact soon decided to reward its caretaker by energizing her with some of its pent up energy.
A shock of pleasure ran through her, but only for a brief moment. She leaned against The Crystal Heart for a moment while a few deep breaths calmed the fire that was quickly building within her marehood. She brought the sponge along the smooth surface, focusing on the bubbles and willing them to pop. She had almost half of it done before more thoughts bombarded her.

Her lips spread against the cool crystal. Cooling her fires though was the last thing to be achieved. The Heart simply pulsed, happy to be to feel the wild, unrestrained joy coming from his caretaker that he had wanted.
Guards nervously entered two hours once the screaming finally stopped to find their princess. She laid upon the ground in a light layer of mud while The Crystal Heart above her shone almost as bright as it would when everyone provided it their happiness. It also appeared covered in water still though, so Flash Sentry came up to the stone with a spare rag. One whiff though and his hair stood on end and his wings popped straight to the sky.
He turned back to the other guards. “Get her back inside. If anyone asks, tell them it was someone impersonating our princess and attempting to sully her reputation.” Once the guards were gone, Flash went back to the crystal and frowned. “Well, if I don’t clean you, somepony is going to smell this.” He gently brought the rag against the artifact and slowly started to clear it of the thick coating of sexual fluids.
Such a possibility was far from The Heart’s mind as it felt another soft touch against itself, and once more gave the kind pony its special gift.
