Terror was far from any equestrian's mind a few months ago, but now everypony has much to fear. Pony-like bony specters, one moment there, gone the next, seem set on casting an era of terror.
Shining Armor and Princess Mi Amore Cadenza have spearheaded combating the new threat, but attacks have hit Cadence hard. She is very sick and barely avoiding a coma, something Shining Armor is not taking very well. The Crystal empire, Canterlot, and the outskirts of Ponyville have suffered heavy attacks and losses, though word has yet to spread to all of Equestria.
All resources, including the Elements of Harmony, have been tried with no success. Princess Celestia is constantly exhausted and only wakes to raise and set the sun. Between Princess Luna and Twilight, they have barely kept what sanity everypony has left. Some ponies, however, have actually gone crazy!
So many have in fact, that a camp was haphazardly pulled together in order to house them so nopony could get hurt.
Six however, aren't really as crazy as they seem. Not only that, but they might have the key to solving this whole ordeal.
