One Torpedo
Chapter 3
Previous ChapterNext ChapterMay 2nd, 1915.
The Next day has passed, and you and Sunset Shimmer have found your rooms just yesterday after hanging out on the ship, and not finding a way home. This is great, you'll have to wait about a week to go back home which really sucks.
Your rooms are in second class, and you both have it together... again. You remember having first class on the Titanic, and it wasn't bad. The room was pretty good, and the ship itself was marvelous. Until it sunk.
You both are now sitting on the same bed together as you both think of something to do, or thinking that you'll disappear sometime sooner before the ship sinks.
"What are we gonna do?" Sunset asked as she turned to face you. "We can't go home in about a week, is there any other way?"
"I hate to say it, but there is no other way." You said as you look at the watch. You just stare at it for a little bit when you face her. "But I can tell you this. When the ship is sinking, we can't wonder around very much. Don't go into elevators either, they'll turn out to be death traps. If the ship starts to sink, we have to stay together. No matter the cost, or no matter what happens."
Sunset Shimmer nods her head in agreement, and she just smiles at you. She also thinks of something.
"But, what if we are somewhere else when the ship starts to sink?"
"We'll find each other." You said as you place your hand on her cheek. "If that torpedo hits us this this Friday, we'll just meet up anywhere."
"Where?"
"Uh... How about..." You try to think. But Sunset cuts it off.
"On second thought, I kind of like your plan. We'll meet up anyway we can when the ship starts to sink."
"Good idea." You said as Sunset kissed you on the lips. Good, lets hope that your plan will work.

Later That Evening.
You both are out on the boat decks just hanging out. You're watching the crew of the Lusitania doing the lifeboat drill thing. And it was pretty interesting to watch. Feeling the nice breeze of the Atlantic, and watching men being prepared in case the ship sinks. Nice.
But when that day hits. It'll be way worse then Titanic. You just can't wait to leave when the ship is gone, that's what you and Sunset are already looking forward too. It won't be easy though.
"Good job men!" You hear one of the Lusitania's crew say when the lifeboat drill's over for now. "Back to your places now!" He said as he blew the final whistle.
"Damn." You said as you watched the guys as they left for... what ever it is they they do on this ship.
"What." Sunset asked you.
"Just imagine what will happen when the ship's gone." You whispered so no one can hear you. "And to be honest, I don't even know if we're being watched."
"What do you mean?" You pointed out to the ocean.
"When I say "us". I mean both of us, and the ship."
"Oh." Sunset said as she gets it now.
"What are you talking about young man?" You hear a voice. You look to your right. That must be "Caption William Turner." The caption of the Lusitania. He just smiled at both you and Sunset.
"Oh hi," You said nervously. "Sorry, we didn't see you there."
"That's alright." He said as he smiled at you two. "I know you must be thinking that the Germans will get us. But they won't, trust me. Any ship that's past through here has never, ever been torpedoed. I promise you two, we will be fine."
'Easy for you to say.' You think to yourself. "ALright then." Was all that came out of your mouth. "How long will it be till we get to Ireland?"
"We will be there on the 7th of May on that evening." He said as you and Sunset both looked at each other. And it's only May 2nd, the Lusitania has only five days left to survive. You both gulped. "Please, why don't you two head down to dinner tonight to have a nice drink, and some food, and relax on some music."
"Okay." You said as you and Sunset got up, and walked to the restaurant on the lower decks. "Ugh! The music."
"I know right?" Sunset said as she looked at you and holds your hand.

A couple of hours have passed as you saw the musicians play. It wasn't that interesting to you since that you're not into this type of music. Even though this can be relaxing. But it's not really that great to you. But this is "1915." you'll have to deal with this for a few days, sadly.
"Thank you!" Said the man on the stage as everyone clapped for the violin players. "Next, we have a wonderful woman on the ship tonight. Who will be singing for all of us. Ladies and Gentlemen," He said. "Please welcome, Mrs. Dorthy."
"Oh damn." You said. as you put your hand to your face. Sunset does understand the same thing. As she starts to sing, and the piano starts to play. You just watched as she sang and rested your head on the chair.
"How about you can play some "Three Days Grace."" You mumbled to yourself.
Finally, a few minutes passed as she finishes her song. She's not bad, but the music is. As the audience stops cheering.
"That was wonderful Mrs. Dorthy." Said the man. "Oh my, Caption Turner." He spots the caption and you turn around as he walks to the stage holding his hat. "Please give the caption a big hand." He said as the crowd begins clapping. You also notice that look on his face. This isn't good.
"Ladies and Gentleman, I shall not be singing a song tonight." He said as haft of the audience begins to giggle. "We've just receive a message from London saying that a U-Boat has sunk a ship that's only a few miles off the coast of the Kea Channel." He said as everyone starts to look at each other. "No worries, don't be alarmed. I suggest that everyone must close their curtains tonight, and please not to light your cigarettes on the decks tonight. Thank you." He said as he walks off the stage.
"Oh shit." You whispered as you and Sunset looked at each other.
"Excuse me caption." You hear one man say. "I don't suppose that we're only like four hundred and sixty miles away from shore. Why isn't this ship speeding up?"
"Well," Said the caption. "Since that the ship has four funnels and one of them appears to be not active."
"But if the U-Boats are now watching us, how are we going to get out of there sights?"
"They wont see us unless that we keep our lights down for tonight, sir."
"Does the one of your good friends down in London know what you're up too?"
"I believe they do know what I am up too." Said the caption. "Now if you'll excuse me, I must be going."
"Whoa." You said as you're shocked when a man, and the caption were arguing about why the ship's not moving fast enough. Especially if it's this late. So you and Sunset called it a night, and you both went straight to your room.
