Chapters Something strange is going on
"I just got a feeling big sis!" whined Applebloom as Applejack packed some stuff for her packed some stuff to visit her granny. This weekend she is forced to visit her granny. Not to be mistaken Applebloom does love her granny but at her visits she usually dies of boredom. Granny makes Applebloom listen to her long stories (which she already knows all of them.) "Something bad is going to happen over there."
"Applebloom you know nothing bad is going to happen even if something bad does happen you will be there to help granny," Applejack replied sounding a bit annoyed.
"But it's not about granny getting in trouble is about me in trouble and..." Applebloom was cut off when Aj yelled at her.
"Now Applebloom, why are you being selfish today, when you visit our granny and you never complained!" Applejack then soften her voice when she saw Applebloom's face looking at the floor with shame. "I'm sorry i yelled at you it's just why are you acting so stubborn." Applejack then thought for a moment and asked, "Did something happen at school today?" When she asked that Applebloom through her hood over her to cover her face. Applejack then pulled backher hood and said, "Sugar cube you can tell me anything, you know that. Now tell me whats wrong?"
Applebloom then looked at her sister and asked, "Do you remember how each one is destined to be part of something, and when they found out they receive a mark on their flank, known as a cutie mark?"
Applejack responded, "Yes I remember how everypony has a purpose."
Applebloom then countinued, "Well today at school we were learning on how to be more patient until a bright light appeared out of nowhere. The light when on for about 5 seconds until it was gone. I looked where the light came from and it seems like a Snail got his cutie mark. When he saw it he started jumping with glee, everypony seamed happy one was not, that one was me. "
Applejack was confuse and asked, "Why are you upset about that, it's just a cutie mark?"
Applebloom then responded, "It's not about the cutie mark it's about the pony." Applejack then looked at her with a confused face, Applebloom then made it clear why it's the pony. "You know how I said that snails just got his cutie mark, well both of us were the only ones without cutie marks and now i'm the only one with no mark."
Applejack then understood everything and said, "Well then sugar cube I understand why your upset but you know you don't need one to know your special. Besides that means you still have time to figure out whats your talent since your going over to granny's house you might have some stuff to do over there that might get you a cutie mark. Anyway you need to get going, I hope this talk made you feel better."
Applebloom then smiled at her and said, "It did make me feel better. Anyway i'm going, bye."
Applebloom then went out the door and started walking towards the forest until stopped when by applejack's yell, "Don't forget to the rules."
"I won't." she replied, and of she went with her red cape and basket of goods into the forest to go to granny's house.
But I still got this feeling. Applebloom thought.
Applebloom has been walking for a while and was getting tired, she then sat down under a tree and took out an apple and started eating it. When resting she thought about a lot of stuff, What's my talent? Will I ever discover it? Will I get it at granny's house? But there is this main one on the top of her head that she really want this answered soon,
Why do I still have a feeling that something bad will happen.
Applebloom just wanted to ignore the thoughts but she knows the feeling never lies. She then got up and continued her way. On the way she met a big, tall, red dragon she wanted to run but she was frozen with fear. The dragon was hungry so he used his gentlemen skill to trick her by convincing her that he was a good guy.
"Hello I am Garble the dragon," he said "Whats yours?"
Applebloom hesitated but then she "The names Applebloom. I have not seen a dragon before, I have read about them once."
"What did it say about dragons then?" he asked a little worried. He knew that all dragon books says don't trust them.
"Well I don't remember that much but I think it said don't trust dragons..." Applebloom said until cut of by Garble.
"It said don't trust dragons...with...uhmm..." he was looking everywhere to find something to cover it up. "It said don't trust dragons with...clothing?"
"Clothing? I guess that would be true because dragons don't were clothes." Applebloom said.
"Yeah, by the way nice cape you have there. It's really nice." said Garble, "It reminds me of somepony I use to know."
"Thanks I got this from my sister she said it belonged to her once." Applebloom said taking the compliant. Garble then realized where he seen it from, he then made a face that made Applebloom asked "Are you okay Garble?"
He then snapped back to reality and said, "Yeah I just remember i have something to do. When can we meet again?"
"We could meet at my granny's house later today, it's just down this path all the way until you see a cottage." Applebloom said.
"Sure how about in 1 hour?" he asked.
"That's about the time I get there so then okay. See ya later." She said, then continued the path to her granny's house. Garble wave good bye and then turned the other direction.
I still have that feeling Applebloom thought to herself.
Garble then murmured to himself "Well then this is the sister of the pony we were looking for then. Well it's going to be a lot of fun when I eat her sister alive."

Something strange is going on
"Finally I reached Granny's house." said Apple Bloom at the door step. She then knocked the door and asked, "I'm here granny can i come in?" there was no response for a while until she herd a loud thud inside. Apple Bloom then started to get worried and started pounding on the door and was yelling, "Granny are you okay in there if I don't get a response i'm going to come in." Still more silence. "1, 2, and..." Apple bloom was about to say 3 until she was cut off by a voice inside.
"I'm okay I just fell out of bed, that's all. You may come in sweet pea. The doors unlocked." said a voice that sounded like Granny Smith.
Apple Bloom then went inside. The place is a mess she didn't want to hurt her feelings so she said it in the best way she knows, "Uhm... wow, I love on what you did with the place granny." Apple Bloom.
"Oh don't worry dear i know it's a mess down there." said the voice. "Just come up here and see your granny." Apple Bloom then started to walk up the stairs but just one problem she still has the feeling and it gets worse with every step she takes. When she was in the room her granny seamed different.
"Wow, granny why are you so big?" Apple Bloom asked while examining her.
"I just grew taller that's all." She replied.
"But i saw you just last month." Apple Bloom said. She then started to drip sweat.
"Old people grow old. That's all, now why don't you come closer." granny said.
"So is that why you have scales? Also what's with the sharp teeth?" Apple Bloom asked.
"Alright! That's enough with the questions, now come here Apple Bloom." granny said while jumping out of bed. She then took of her mask and showed garble. Apple bloom then gasped then took a few steps back when Garble took steps forward. "You should have been more careful Apple Bloom. If you paid attention to your book then you wouldn't been in this situation. now come here for i can eat you." Apple Bloom then turned around and tried to run but tripped on her cape. Garble then pulled her by her tail and lifted her to his face.
Tears then started running down her face, "I thought you were my friend."
Garble then chuckled and said, "Never trust dragons." He then started swallowing her until she tried going up his neck and she screamed for help until she was swallowed whole. Garble then let out a satisfied sigh, "Well that was easy and delicious. Also let's see if Applejack will notice her sister is gone."
Apple Bloom woke up and saw that she was in Garble's stomach. There was barely any room for her to move. She tried to call for help but she didn't have a lot of oxygen left. So she used her last breath to yell, "HELP!!!" But no pony heard her. She then started sobbing because off all the thoughts in her head.
How could this happen to me? Why me? I should have listen to the feeling. I will never know my talent. I wouldn't see my family again.
But there was one thought that bothered her the most.
I thought he was my friend.
she then couldn't breath anymore and started choking and tried gasping for air. But then she started closing her eyes and fainted.
A woods pony was walking outside he was Big Macintosh on his way home at the barn. He decided to stop by granny's house and give her a present. He was just outside until he saw and heard shadows on the second floor. He heard his little sister yelling and screaming, he also heard another voice that sounded a lot like... Garble .
That's when he heard Garble say, "Well that was easy and delicious. Also let's see if Applejack will notice her sister is gone." That's when Big Macintosh then tried to open the door but it was locked. He then used his ax to cut down the door. When he was in he ran up the stairs and and opened the door to granny's room. He saw Garble sleeping in granny's bed, Big Mac walked up to him slowly and quietly. He heard Apple Bloom yell from his stomach. Big mac then raised up his ax and...
*Slash!*
Garble woke up with a painful yell and saw Big mac holding an ax in his stomach. Big Mac acted quick he saw Apple Bloom fainted, so he picked her up and ran out of the house leaving garble there with an ax in his stomach. He then pulled it out and flew away. "You think your so smart Macintosh, well let's see if you can handle on what's going to happen in the future." he said weakly.
*Back with Big mac and Apple Bloom*
Big Macintosh was running through the forest huffing and puffing. He was getting tired but that didn't stop him, his sitter needed medical attention right away. He then saw the barn up ahead. He then banged on the door until somepony answers. "Alright hold your horses." Applejack said through the door. when she opened the door she saw Big Macintosh huffing and puffing. "Oh howdy Big Mac, why are you all..." But Applejack was cut off when Big Mac spoke.
"Applejack, Garble is back and he tried to eat Apple Bloom. I don't know what he did with Granny but Apple Bloom needs medical attention right away!" Big mac said. Applejack was stunned and she finally realized Apple Bloom on her back.
"Wait, Garble is back?" Applejack asked. Big Mac then nodded his head. "Then alright bring her in i'm going to get a doctor." Big Mac came in and put Apple Bloom in bed. He waited for Apple Bloom to wake up or for Applejack come with a doctor. It took a while but Applejack came home with a doctor. He examined Apple Bloom and said that she was alright but will be knocked out for a while. So they waited and waited and... waited, until Apple Bloom finally woke up.
"Where am I? Is this heaven?" Apple Bloom asked. She then looked around and saw that she was home. "I'm home? *Gasp* I'm home! I'm home! I'm home!" Apple Bloom was jumping around the room with glee. Applejack and Big Mac then came in the room and hugged their little sister.
"Oh Apple Bloom I was so worried. I'm also sorry that I made you go. I promise if you have a feeling again you could stay." Applejack said with tears in her eyes.
"Yup." Big Mac said with a big hearty yup. That's when Apple Bloom realized something.
"Wait! What about Granny?" Apple Bloom asked sounding worried.
"Don't worry little sis we sent ponies to investigate the house and they found her tied up in the closet. She's in the hospital right now." Applejack said. So for the rest of the day Apple Bloom got special treatment. So she now lives happily ever after... for now.
Garble then arrived to the dragon cave where he and other dragons live. When the dragons saw him bleeding badly all the dragons came to his aid. They finally asked what happened Garble replied, "It seems like Applejack and her brother is out there, now there all grown up but they also have a little sister now." When the dragons heard this they started talking to each other about how they survived and now they have a sister. "Now let's see what the future holds for us." Garble said. "Tonight we prepare for what is going to happen to us. But this time we will win." All the dragons cheered, "Now let's see what those ponies can do over these past years."

Hey everypony i'm sorry I haven't posted for a while but I had some stuff i had to take care of. But I finally wrote this completed this chapter, yay
I also realized this chapter was posted this whole time but uncompleted, I know i'm such an idiot

5 years later...
Dear Diary,
My gosh I still don't know why we have to be safe. Look I know it is important but it has been 5 years already. I'm 15 for pete sake and I know kung fu. All I need is a chance to prove myself that i'm not weak like younger me. Man, I was such an idiot I just wish that I can go back in time and beat the hell out Garble. He's the reason why were all secure. Not to mention that I was almost eaten alive. Anyway all I ever wrote in you was how unlucky I am and some other feelings. I have to do my chores now.

Apple Bloom then shut her diary and put it away. She went into the kitchen and got the broom then sweep. Aj and Big Mac were talking in the other room.
"Look I know she needs to be safe but do you think it's about time? I know we got a letter yesterday from Garble..." Applejack asked until cut off by Big Mac.
"Don't say that name. What if Apple Bloom is nearby? Also on the letter we got he's gonna strike today! We need to get her out of here." Granny said.
"Yup." Big Mac agreed.
"Fine, so we need to pack some supplies. But when we give it to her she must not know about it yet. If she knows then she won't leave the house and try to stay and fight him." Applejack said. Everyone agreed and started packing. When they finished packing Apple Bloom's stuff they came to her.
She saw them looking worried and put the broom down and asked, "What's the matter?"
"Uhm, oh well you see your going over to see Fluttershy." Aj said.
"Really? Cause we haven't visited her for a while now..." Apple Bloom was cut off.
"Were not going only you." Aj said. Apple Bloom was surprised, cause she hasn't been alone for a long time.
"Really?! Wait is there a catch to this cause if there is..." Apple Bloom was cut off again.
"Nope, no catch just your going to stay with her for a while." Big Mac said. Apple Bloom then jumped in glee. The others then put her saddle on her, Apple Bloom then noticed there are a lot of supplies in it.
"Wait, why do I have so many supplies?" Apple Bloom asked.
"Your going to be with her for a while. Now here, have this." Granny said and gave her hood and a necklace. She was surprised she has her hood again, she thought they thrown it out or something. She then looked at the necklace, it was silver and had this blue jewel in it. "Wow granny this is beautiful. Was this yours?"
"Oh heavens no it belonged to your mother." Granny said. It was strange to talk about their parents ever since they died in the fire long ago. "That necklace was your mothers favorite. Now go! Fluttershy is expecting you." Granny said and gave her a hug. Big Mac and Aj did so as well. Apple Bloom then waved goodbye and walked to Fluttershy's house.
At Fluttershy's House...
*Knock knock*
Fluttershy opened the door to see who it is and saw Apple Bloom.
"Oh Apple Bloom your here already. Come in." Fluttershy said and let her in. "Tea?"
"No thanks but thanks." Apple Bloom said then took a seat. Fluttershy joined her and they chatted for a while. After a couple of hours Apple Bloom got hungry so she opened her saddle. She found a note and read it...
Dear Apple Bloom,
Your probably reading this because you were hungry and found this note inside your bag. So anyway you cannot come home. It's for your own safety. Also if you do try to come home, there won't be one. This all might be confusing and all but trust us we send you to Fluttershy's for a reason. Were going to miss you.

"What?" Apple Bloom asked a bit worried. So she went to Fluttershy who was talking to Angel bunny. "Hey Fluttershy do you know why I was sent here?"
"Wait, so your saying you don't know?!" Fluttershy asked. Apple Bloom shook her head and then Fluttershy really got to worry. "My goodness, no wonder you seem happy when you came here. They haven't told? They haven't told! Oh dear!" Fluttershy then started to worry like it was the end of the world.
"Geez Flutters your acting like it's the end of the world." Apple Bloom said.
"Cause it is the end of the world! If they haven't told you then it must be serious. Oh no I need to round up the animals!" fluttershy responded.
"Can you please explain what's going on?" Apple Bloom asked on her last nerve.
"Oh right. You might want to sit down." Fluttershy said. Apple Bloom took a seat and Flutters took one in front of her. "You see your whole line of family is group of warriors. Who have protected this land for many, many years. Most pony's forgot about what they have done for our land but some will always remember. I'm actually surprised you didn't know."
"What?! That's not possible, were just farmponies that's all." Apple Bloom said. "Also what did my family do that will cause pony's remember."
"Well you see it all started with your father. He was a soldier for princess Luna. I know what your thinking, he was not a bat pony but he worked as a soldier for her some can be regular ponies. Anyway everything was peaceful until something happened to Celestia." Fluttershy said.
"What happened to her?" Apple Bloom asked.
"I don't know it was like one day she was nice then the next she was a mean. Anyway your father noticed this and started to investigating. Then one day he met your mother. They had adventures and then brought Celestia back to her senses. Then they had your brother and sister. Years later when they were about your age Equestria was attacked by dragons. Your sister and brother stopped them or at least they thought they did. They just fled and we haven't seen them for years. Then after all that was over they had you. But right after your birth a mysterious fire happened and killed, you know. Now all that leads that to here. So now you know." Fluttershy said. All Apple Bloom did was having her jaw open cause on what she just herd.
"So wait then why did they send me here?" Apple Bloom asked.
"To keep you safe. Cause the only reason they send you here is to keep you safe from whatever danger is going to happen." Fluttershy said.
"So wait they just stayed behind to keep me safe what if they get hurt or worse?!?! I'm sorry but I can't just sit here doing nothing." Apple Bloom then got up and started running to her home.
"Wait! You can't go back!" Fluttershy yelled trying to catch up to her, but failed.
With Apple Bloom...
"Oh my goodness so that's why they sent me to Flutters, to keep me safe! But from what?" Apple Bloom asked worriedly. She finally made it but all she saw was... fire.
Something strange is going on
A fire is spreading through the whole entire barn. Apple Bloom Then went into town to get help. When she came back with ponies the fire then started to cover the whole barn it also caught on a few trees but that didn't matter. All that matter was where is her family. Ponies then started to try to put the fire out. Once they finally put it to an end nopony can find her family. All they can find was Aj's hat. Apple Bloom then went to Fluttershy's home.
*Knock knock*
"Oh Apple Bloom I didn't thought that you'll comeback." Fluttershy said. But when she saw Apple Bloom in tears she asked, "Oh my goodness what happened?" All Apple Bloom could do was bawl into more tears. "Oh dear I think I made it worse now come in." Apple Bloom then wiped her tears away and took a seat inside. "Now tell me what happened."
"W-W-Well, *sniff* when I came back h-home it was in flames. I went back into town to get ponies to help. When we finally put the fire out n-n-nopony could find my family. So that means they must be d-d-d-dead!" Apple Bloom said then continued to cry. Fluttershy then comforted her.
"There there I know it's hard trust me I had to go through it before." Fluttershy said while Apple Bloom whimpered. Then an idea pop in her head. "Hey Apple Bloom what if there not dead?" Fluttershy said. Apple Bloom then looked at her.
"What do you mean they are dead." Apple Bloom said.
"Not unless somepony proves it. Look what if they escaped from the fire." Fluttershy said hopefully. Then Apple Bloom thought for a moment and a smile crept on her face.
"Wait I think your right, heck maybe if we look we can find them." Apple Bloom said cheerfully.
"Apple Bloom I just said that just to cheer you up cause there is a possibility but i'm not letting you go out there in the dangerous world." Fluttershy said.
"But Fluttershy we can find them if they are out there." Apple Bloom whined.
"I'm sorry but no." Fluttershy said.
"Please?" Apple Bloom continue to whine.
"No." Fluttershy said sternly.
"But-" Apple Bloom was cut off.
"No butts now goo to your room." She said. Apple Bloom then stomped out until she stopped.
"Where's my room?" She asked. Fluttershy sighed.
"Down the hallway and the 2nd door on the left." Fluttershy said.
"Thanks, but i'm still mad at you." Apple Bloom said and stormed off. When Apple Bloom then threw herself on the bed and thought about stuff. She then looked at her saddle which was still stuffed with supplies. She wondered why, why would they pack so may supplies even though Fluttershy has all the stuff they need. Then it hit her,
What if my family packed this stuff for me to look for them. Cause they knew something bad was gonna happen to them so what if they want me to go out and look. That's it! I just need to out and look, but then I need to sneak away from Flutters. So no need to lose time I leave tonight!
Apple Bloom then got her stuff ready.
