When an unknown explosion is recorded in western Equestria, many fear war has finally come to their shores. Upon investigating, Equestria found it has some new visitors. And something sinister has followed them there.

By general consensus, the nations of this world have come a the conclusion. Equestria must be quarantined if the rest of the world is to survive this catastrophic event. It is by decree that henceforth, the nation of Equestria which is lost beyond salvagable measure, is to be quarantined off from the rest of the world. The nation and all its landmasses are now prohibited territory and a no fly zone is being enacted. Anypony attempting to leaving it's shores will be stopped with force, if necessary, for the good of the rest of the world. May we all have mercy on their souls.
