My Little Pony / Tron : Awakening

Once morning came, Tech was sleeping in the basement in his working desk. He stirred his eyes as he open them, feeling groggily as he stretch himself. Just last night, he had been up in the night, creating a upgraded disc and a upgrade of his Lightcycle. He knew that he needs to prepare himself for the biggest mission of all : stop Starlight Glimmer and her forces and break the vault to free the cutie marks she stolen to all of the ponies including Twilight and her friends. With that, he decide to paint his cutie mark once more, hiding the fact to the citizens that he's still a equalized pony. With that, he turned off the lights and closed the basement as he set his mat on the floor and his table. He then grabbed a breakfast as to his great disliking, another bland muffin. But still, despite the taste, he need energy as once he's done with his breakfast, he set his plates on the sink as brought a unnatural grin, he headed outside.

He look around of the village, same as usual, being happy and all but knowing this, they become slaves to Starlight. He taken glance at the 'guest rooms' where Twilight and her friends were trapped there with their equal cutie marks. Knowing this, he decide to find some food for them. He headed to the grocery store and bought some water and bread for them as he headed to the 'guest room' until the two armored guards halted him, blocking his entrance.

"Halt, equalize ponies may not enter unless permission from Starlight to do so." one of them said in a monotone.

"Yes, well......" Tech tried to find a excuse to enter but luck came through.

"Tech, what are you doing? Why are you about to enter the guest room?" Starlight asked him

"Well, I was thought that maybe I can give some food for our guest to honor them as joining them in our village." Tech explained in which she squinted her eyes as she gave him a smile.

"Well why didn't you say so?" Starlight giggled as he laughing nervously with her as with the guards let them pass, both open the door as the grey color Mane 6 looked at her with a scowl. "I trust you have a pleasant night?"

"This way please. There're some 'friends' who like to see you." she monitor to them the front and begin walking out while Tech stand on the side as the girls followed her but not when Twilight take glance at Tech in curiosity. After all of them are outside, Tech was at the front of the door while the guards were position on the side.

"Gather round, friends! Gather round. We were ready if you're able to join with us?" Starlight gather the citizen including Party Favor as she turned to them "There are so many friends waiting to be made that you don't need your cutie marks or the talents within them."

"We have a welcoming ceremony for new friends." Double added in "the whole village is joining in to build a new kind -"

"Not interesting!" Rainbow spat out surprising them as she looked at them, the scowl never left her "You may have them now, but we're going to get them back."

"Y'all don't understand do ya? You can't forced nopony to be friends. It won't work like that." Applejack reasoned with them but the citizen just brushed it off.

"Please join us!" another citizen said

"We love to make new friends!" another one added.

"It's all right everypony. This is the normal part of the equalization group process for those who quite didn't see in the light yet. We'll try again tomorrow once you need to have bit more time to consider and accept our philosophy." Starlight explained as the grey Mane 6 were pushed back into the guest room while Tech move out of the way but not when Fluttershy said something,

"I would like to join." she covered her mouth as all of the citizen were happily giggled at this as Tech look at this in shocked.

Twilight also have a shocked expression too "Flutteshy how could you?"

"If it means the remove of my cutie mark then I would stay with these lovely ponies, then I'll do it." Fluttershy explained now in Starlight's side which she grinned at this.

"Oh and Tech brought something for all of you to eat." Starlight said as  she glance at him "Tech make sure you're done with your errands."

He nodded  as he closed the door as the guards return to their position as Starlight make a announcement "We have a new friend, everypony!"

With the citizens gather around her, Starlight begin to come to her side "But there's one more business to attend to. It's seem that we have amiss in our village. Disatisfied with the village! And who can forget about that the renegade that's causing so much trouble in our village! Bringing chaos to our beloved home!"

All of the villagers gasped while Starlight continue to speak while Fluttershy begin to look around feeling little tense "Unfortunately, it's all too true, my friends. It's seem that those disatisified ponies ask the renegade to cause destruction to our home! Will you kindly tell who are those 'friends' that's so desperately want their cutie marks that they want to sneak around in the shadows asking strangers about it or even ask the renegade?"

Party Favor and his friends begin to nervously look around, tense as they gave a fake wide grin as Starlight continue to speak " Just so we can be sure that your intentions are indeed pure?" Fluttershy begin to glup and felt little terrified about this request.

With setting down the food, he sighed at this and gave his grin at them "There you go. Fresh bread and water to satisfied your hunger!"

Pinkie was the first as she grabbed the bread and starting to chomp it down like crazy. The others looked at this weirdly at this as Rainbow, Applejack, Rarity, and Twilight took their halves and start eating it.

"Thanks for the meal, um......sugar.....uh, ah shoot!" Applejack muttered as Tech saw Applejack's equal mark glow in dull color.

"Those marks are causing you to lose part of you." Tech muttered "Unless you girls can get your marks, you'll remained like this forever."

"We can see that, Sherlock." Rainbow muttered taking another bite

"Tech, can we ask you about something?" Twilight asked him in which he nodded at her

"Sure, what do you need?"

The girls begin to shuffle their hooves around as Twilight begin to answer "Well, last night, we heard you talking with somepony by the name of 'Beck' but what's interesting is that your friend talking about you and him in this place called 'The Grid' and you becoming a 'revolution'. We were wondering what those are and how are you connected to those things?"

Tech widened his eyes in surprise of their question. They heard their conversation? But how? Just as he about to speak, a door open as Party Favor enter here and closed the door.

"Party Favor? What happen?" Tech asked him, worried for him as he slammed his horn onto the door.

"What was I was thinking? I didn't even consider to give my cutie mark back." Party Favor said, the guilt in his voice as he placed his hoof on his shoulder as Party looked at him with a soft smile which give some comfort but turned away from him which he felt his anger is at his rising point.

"Then why didn't you?" Tech asked him with a hint of seriousness which raised surprise to him as he continue to speak "Listen, your cutie mark represent a part of who you are, your bloodline. Being equal to all is nothing but a dictatorship with no freedom and no inaction. What I saw in this place is nothing but a slavery. You need to start thinking yourself so more and be ready to create a bright future, not sit by and let Starlight stepped on you. Don't be imitated by anyone who wants to step on your freedom! You have those choices, Party Favor, not Starlight Glimmer! You must take back your destiny!"

Party Favor was surprised yet scared at his words even the girls were amaze by him except Rainbow who whispered to Twilight "Yeesh, coming from him, I say that he watched too many action movies."

"Rainbow...." Twilight growled as Tech take glance at them, the expression never left him

"And you, all of you. Do really want to stay put while Starlight continue to stepped on you? The time for waiting ends now, you all must take a revolution to fight back. You ponies have that capabilities!" he turned to leave but not muttered before opening the door " I'll look after Fluttershy and make sure she's safe but I'll make sure the revolution will change the world."

With that, he exited out of the guest rooms, leaving them alone with confusing glances. Applejack decide to break the silence "So that Tech pony, he's..........something."

"Very foreboding indeed." Pinkie added

The girls nodded as Twilight begin to think about those words. Revolution and destiny, those words are big for ponies to use them yet he kept saying to Party Favor to fight back, not wait while Starlight continue to rule. And saying slavery and tyrannical, he speak as if he sense the ponies' potential but where did those words come from? Yet, she felt concern about him and the way he said to them.

"But anyway, what we going to do while Fluttershy is looking for our ...... cutie marks?" Applejack whispered at the last sentence

"We had to stay positive as we can. If Party Favor can understand that we like each other, even though we're different, then he'll spread over the village." Twilight explained as a screeching noise was heard as they glance at the speaker now speaking.

"Let's just hope that they don't get to us first." Rarity said

While Party Favor begin to lets those sink in, he wonder if his friend Tech is right? The potential to make our own choices and think themselves some more and taking back your destiny that Starlight stole, those words are somewhat familiar. Something that Tron told him before.

A flashback as Party Favor look over at the black armored pony who kept saying to him after he graffiti the walls "You need to take your destiny back from her!"

"I wonder if......." Party mumbled in wonder then widened his eyes at realization.

Meanwhile, Tech begin training with his weapons on a training simulator as he quick reflexes, he throw his disc at his dummies opponents as hit in the bulls eye, half of them disintegrated and he caught his disc, he then jump in a acrobatic style and threw his disc at the remaining dummies as a voice was heard.

Training complete.

With removing his visor, he now prepare to fight against Starlight Glimmer with determination eyes burning course him. Get ready, Starlight. The revolution has begun.
