Of what she had worked on for so long, and so hard on. Yet despite her wishes to go back and make a new with all of those who she had taken so many precious memories and opportunities away from, she continued to run. She continued to run from the past, and run towards the new. She ran with such sorrow for what she had left behind, and she ran with much delight for what she was to come upon. She wished not to be reminded of the day she was defeated, and she wished not to relive such a day. Starlight Glimmer, as thought of, wished to put her past behind, and never look back. But that was nothing but impossible. Starlight Glimmer would never have the chance or opportunity to escape her past, and she would forever be stuck with the title of the founder of a little town, in which all were taken from their precious talents and cutie marks. Starlight Glimmer would never be able to wake up in the morning without being reminded that she took so many moments away from those that trusted her. She could never have a dougnut, or a delicious muffin on the train ride back to her cottage, without being reminded that oh so many of her subjects had to sit through the horrid experience of eating one of the town's signature, yet oddly terrible muffins. Yet during the many times that she ate a delicious muffin on the train ride back to her cottage, she was reminded of what once was. She noticed, and questioned how she was, and had been convinced to do such a thing to all of those ponies. She remember those in charge for her mistakes if it was not her, and Starlight Glimmer noticed that she was not to blame for what had happened. No, she was not the reason for all of the cutie marks being taken from their owners. She was merely a filly. Just a very simple . . . Ordinary filly that was indeed not convinced that she was like all the other fillies. This is because she was in fact not. Starlight Glimmer was not like the other fillies. Although she enjoyed many things the other fillies liked like playing tag, ice cream, and magic, Starlight Glimmer did not grow up like the other fillies, for the other fillies had loving, hopeful homes to live in, with friendly, kind parents.
