A Party For My Followers

Daylight paced Sugarcube Corners. "Where is she?!" Daylight panicked. She was awaiting the presence of a very good friend.

"She will be here soon," Feline Fluff told Daylight Glimmer. Sweetiebellelovesu and Feline Fluff were doing the dishes from baking, such great friends! Daylight was glad they had come early to help.

"Just calm down! Everything will be fine," Sweetie added.

"Ya know what? You are right," Daylight chuckled nervously.

"I'm gonna go check the cupcakes," she added. There were a lot of cupcakes. And when I say a lot I mean A LOT! All sorts of colors and shapes and flavors. Like pumpkin, and vanilla and red velvet, and CHOCOLATE! The list goes on and on and on and on.....

Once checked, Daylight went back into the main room. The door then opened and the bell rang.

She raced over to the door and gave Crimson Ink a big hug! "WOW!" Crimson replied at the quickness of the hug.

"Oh my cupcakes I missed you so much!" Daylight finally said as she backed away from the pegasus.

"Missed you too!" she replied with a smile.

"We don't have much time!" Daylight told her quickly.

"We can do it if we do it together!" Crimson replied.

They went around the building re hanging streamers, blowing up more balloons, and chatting.

  About twenty minutes later of making sure everything was perfect all the followers walked into Sugarcube. They mingled, talked, and danced! The DJ was awesome so of course there was dancing!

Daylight watched everyone with the a HUGE smile. She had talked a bunch with everyone and was thirsty. She went over to the punch table. She noticed the punch was blue. It was supposed to be purple. Daylight was panicking, it was the wrong color! She heard someone walk over, probably because she was hyperventilating.

"Calm down!"someone told her  as they put their hoof on Daylight's back.  They motioned for her to do Cadence's breathing exercise.

Daylight Glimmer used it and as her vision cleared she saw it was Scootaloo96. "Oh, uh, hi?" she offered sheepishly.

"What happened?" he asked concerned.

"The punch is blue," she whispered hiding behind her mane.

"Really?" Scoots replied rolling his eyes.

"Yes...." came the slurred reply.

He walked away and came back with Crimson who was holding a small bottle of purple stuff.

"I am so sorry to make you freak out like that!" Crimson immediately apologized.

"I wanted purple because that is a very popular color..... but I shouldn't be freaking out about a color," Daylight started.

"No it was my job for the punch, I just forgot to add color." Crimson forced.

She poured the dye into the punch and stirred it using the ladle. It was then purple, which was very relieving!

"Thanks," Daylight told her being calm again. Wow, I freaked out over blue punch.

"Anytime!" the purple haired mare replied with a smile.  Daylight went to the small stage and started as soon as she saw the clock.

She tapped the microphone with her hoof to make sure it worked. "Um, hello?" she softly spoke into it. A loud squee went across the room grabbing everyone's attention. "I would like to welcome everyone to this party I threw in dedication of a bunch of things," Daylight Glimmer started. "Have you had fun?" she asked nervously.

"Whoo!" A Follower called out.

"Yea!" Never2muchPinkiePie cheered.

"Of course!" Sherogath The Mad God told her.   There were ever so many more cheers.

"I am so relieved to hear that!" Daylight breathed. "Moving on... I would like to say thank you all for following me! Next, Let us give out a cheer to Hudson Hawk for being such a great friend and almost reaching 100 followers!" Daylight stated happily. Everyone cheered and gave praise. "Also Abbybunny13 now has 50 followers!" there were more cheers. "Lucky Swirl now has 70 followers and she is going to comic con!" many people cheered.  " Thunder Lightning is getting married! I hope he and his 'fiance have a wonderful life together." more cheers. "Crimson Ink now has 50 followers as well," they cheered.

So far so good, Daylight thought nervously.

"Thanks to all who voted on the next story I make," people cheered and some were shouting rebellion which made Daylight blush.

"The DJ has some more songs, hope you enjoy!" Daylight finished.

This was one of the many songs played.

"Well, everything is at least going well," Daylight said to her self. She noticed the fun they were having, dancing and laughing. Daylight had never liked dancing, yet fun was right in front of her. So Daylight went and danced with them, she will love them always.

She watched them all, Scout Charger, Striving Scholar, JibJibMonkey, Sky Melody, and Sheltie Paws were just a few she could name!

They all danced and cheered! They mingled and shared! Afterward, a few people offered to help clean up. Daylight told them to go home and rest. They stayed anyways and soon the shop was back to it's normal little style. Daylight looked at everyone, they had all stayed and helped. She smiled at them, they smiled back. Then there was a humongous group hug! (Hugs are so awesome!)

This  had been a perfect night. For once they had forgotten their worries and their fears, they had let all of it go and  had fun.

"Thanks for staying everyone," Daylight told them.

"Of course my dear," Sherogath replied. As everyone was leaving they all told Daylight what fun they had. This was perfect. Soon she was alone in her bedroom reflecting on the memories of the night. All of them were fun! She would always know one thing...

They are, and always will be friends and always trust each other. That is why they had gathered here, because Friendship is Magic...
