Prologue - The Horn & A New Start (Arabia)

Hey FIMfiction, I am new to this so please give me some slack. Constructive criticism is always welcome. This is something I wanted to do in a long time and I would greatly appreciate some help in writing this and maybe give me some tips in writing this.
Prologue - The Horn & A New Start (Arabia)
New Medina, the capital of this fair nation. The most developed in this side of Asia. It is ruled by President of Arabia, Jabar Al Ahmad. He is known for his generosity and wisdom, which lead to the creation of this nation. Of course the Americans did not like it, especially with Israel in our side, the Americans are losing influence in the world everyday and seeing the last puppet they had taken away from them was devestating to its interests, well as everyone would say, C'est la vie. Now, you might be asking who am I? I my friends am Rashid Al Enezi. The President's Best pal and his foreign minister. I deal with the bull people say at international events, but this position has its perks as well, such as meeting new people and cultures. Ah... it's great... Until the Horn that people feared has sounded. The day of reckoning has arrived. But then in the heads of everyone, was a voice of the creator, then everyone calmed down at his sound.
"Don't worry my servants for I am not here to unleash the reckoning, I am here to tell you that I have new world for you to Iive in and prosper in. But you will not be alone in this world, I have created not only another world that is older than your own but also an abundance of species that are just like you, but different. But do not preach to this people for I will send for them a Prophet of their own in due time. For now, my servants while I was talking to you, I have already transported the whole nation into this new world. It's name is Equus. That will be all I can give you for now, my servants. In due time this will make sense to you".
What? New world? Equus? By Allah, I have a bad feeling about this... but I will listen to him, for I am his servant, I must find Jabar at once!
"Jabar!", Shouted Rashid, "Jabar! Did you hear that as well? I'm not going insane am I?"
"No Rashid, You're not Insane, it was him.", said Jabar "Rashid the Almighty said there was other more sentient species in this Dunya (World in Arabic), but I fear if they are going to be a threat to us, because a whole new landmass has appeared into this land... I wouldn't blame them if they would freak out"
"Should I send scouts in all directions to find any other civilisation", Rashid Proposed
"Yes, but do not contact them just yet, if there are sentient live out there, we need to get ready" said Jabar
"Understood Jabar, I will contact the Defense Minister, also I propose addressing to the nation to address this issue and calm them down." Said Rashid
"Good Idea Rashid, I don't want the Nation I built fall in Chaos." Answered Jabar
"Don't Worry Jabar, The worse that can happen is if we find a Magic-wielding civilisation that can control the weather and such, heh" Joked Rashid
"I guess you're right... We should get going and explore this new world at once" Said Jaber "We need to get this over with"
Prologue - The Horn & A New Start (Equestria)
Equestria, the land of Friendship and Harmony. Its City, Canterlot, is highest city in the literal sense and the figurative. Princess Celestia, the ruler of Equestria, along with her Sister Princess Luna and the newly-crowned Princess Twilight, rules Equestria in peace and harmony.
It was peaceful at least.
The Horn Sound rocked Equestria like an ocean. It startled even Celestia. "What was that aweful sound?", asked Celestia
Then her Sister, Luna, teleported by her side, "Tia, have you heard that?" asked Luna
"Yes dear Sister, but I fear it is not good sign.", answered Celestia "I shall send a letter to Twilight about this issue and ask her to deal with the issue", Celestia then conjured a Parchment and a feather and Began writing the letter.
Dear Twilight,
I know without a doubt that you have heard a horn sound coming from the east of Equestria, I want you to and your friends to go and scout the area to find the source of the sound.
Your Teacher,
Princess Celestia
Celestia Proceeded and sent the letter by Magic, 'I am counting on you Twilight, I know you can find the meaning of this.' thought Celestia
"Tia, I say you should calm down Canterlot, it is in a state of chaos and fear from the horn, Call a meeting at the balcony and address them on the Issue", proposed Luna, "I shall send a Squad from the Royal Guard and post them as escorts to the Elements", said Luna
"Good Idea Lulu, who knows what lies beyond the Eastern Plains and I do not want the Elements to be in danger to an unknown foe, if it is a foe that is", Said Celestia
"Don't worry Tia, All we know it could be a Horde of Fur-less Monkeys" joked Luna, Celestia giggled
"Oh Luna, I guess your right I should not worry, it could be nothing and I am just over-reacting", Celestia said, 'Oh I hope so Lulu, I hope so', She thought

"TWILIGHT!", shouted a certain Dragon, "TWILIGHT!"
"What is it Spike?", answered Twilight, "I got a letter from the Princess, its seems important."
"The princess? I wonder what its talking about." Spike then proceeded to hand over the letter to Twilight, Twilight then proceed to read the letter, "Spike?" called Twilight
"Yeah?" answered Spike
"Remember the Loud sound we heard that looked like it came from Canterlot?" asked Twilight
"Yes, what about it?" asked Spike
"It did not come from Canterlot... I'm Getting the Girls."
