In the days before Equestria, the Alicorns, and Harmony, there were battles between the three ponies tribes. Often called upon as mercenaries were the Diamond Dogs, at the time a race of creators and warriors. Amidst the chaos of the wars a soul leaves the world, taken into a void to wait until the time for war once more dawns.

Flash forward to Equestria two months after the royal wedding, where the changelings hide and plot their revenge against the Equestrians. In a time of harmony and peace, why has a dog of war been called? Will he fight for the ponies who do not care for his methods or reasons? What will he do of his people, broken and weakened from the centuries past?

What is his purpose?


And now for something less formal. I'm going for a sort of Fanfic Epic thing, a big long story with lots of characters, a few OC's but mostly established characters. Rated M for Mature for graphic violence, minor profanity, and gory details. Comments and criticisms are appreciated and endorsed.
