The Soviet Invasion

It was noon and was just like any other day in equestria lately. Buildings half destroyed from riots, Royal guard everywhere, and more. There was a Black unicorn in the middle of all of this was a unicorn stallion named Shadow. Shadow had a dark red mane and tail but his coat was as dark as night. His cutie mark was a red circle with a shadow pony inside. Shadow was taking a walk in a small forest by ponyville just to think. He was looking around when he spotted a dead mare on the side of the trail. He just kept walking because he was used to seeing death and was pretty much a common sight almost anywhere. He then heard the sound of hooves running towards him. "Oh buck" He said quietly then ran to a near by bush and got cover.

The sound got closer and closer then stopped close to Shadow. "Hey I told you to hide the body" said one of the ponies.

Then another voice responded "I am sorry ok Blaze".

"Sorry is not going to cut it you could have gotten us thrown in jail Flame" Blaze responded seeming pissed off.

"What do you want me to say then you damn idiot" Flame responded seeming to get angry from Blaze then quickly regretted saying it.

There was some silence then Blaze responded "What did you call me".

"No I am Sorry" Flame said yelled starting to panic. Then there was the sound of a magic being fired then next the sound of a body hitting the ground.

"Well now I have to hide two bodies" Said Blaze frustrated. At the sound of what she said Shadow became almost scared to move a muscle but then a twig snapped right by Shadow. Blaze quickly turned towards the bush and yelled "Who's there" then turned to bush to ashes and there stood Shadow with his wide open facing Blaze. Shadow now could see Blaze. Blaze was a unicorn mare with a flame as a cutie mark. "Get on the ground" Blaze yelled.

"Ok just don't kill me" Shadow said as he got down.

"Shut up I do what I god damn want got that" Shimmer yelled then the sound of a cargo plane came. "What is that sound". Shimmer ran out of the forest to see what was going on. Shadow got up quickly then ran the other way out. As he came closer to the exit the sound got louder and louder. When he got out he saw Four Huge Soviet cargo planes flying by ponyville dropping troops off by parachute's. Shadow was amazed at what he was seeing. He knew they were soviet but why were they here. Then the sound of gun fire was heard. Shadow was trying to figure out what was going on then it hit him. Equestria was under attack. He knew that mostly everyone would be glad besides Celestia and the royal guard. The cargo planes then started to drop off tanks and other armor.

He quickly decided to hide out in the forest till the chaos and the sound's of war stopped then he would head back into the town. Shadow then ran back in the forest to find shelter. Five minutes of looking he found a cave and decided to live there till the chaos stopped. He ran inside not caring what was in there. The cave was empty and Shadow then found a place to lay down. He looked back up at the entrance while gun fire was still heard and the sounds of wonderbolts flying above. He slowly closed his eyes and fell asleep.
