Honey and Apples

Author's Note - This is a short chapter, BUT CAN'T be skipped! It explains chapter 1's weird Ideas and oddities with a simple concept of it being a DREAM!

Chapter 2

Rainbow Dash awoke in the middle of the night in her home in the clouds. She breathed heavily for a moment, then got up and slowly flew over to a desk and began writing. She got a great idea from her dream and wanted to write it down.

She was having writers block on ideas to tell Applejack her feelings about her. She hadn't come up with any good ideas in weeks and was about ready to give up until the idea in her dream gave her inspiration.

She had it all planned out:

Step 1 - Her and Applejack watch the Sunset.

Step 2 - Get a bucket of apples, then give Applejack a Pot of Honey to share Apples and Honey.

Step 3 - Admit Feelings.

Step 4 - Hopefully, Applejack accepts this.

Step 5 - They kiss.

It was not a perfect plan, but it was worth a try. She had to at least try. She was determined to finally admit her feelings for Applejack. She flew to the kitchen to get a warm glass of milk. After she finished it, she flew back to bed and cuddled into the sheets and blankets. She felt tomorrow would be the day she would tell Applejack her feelings.

Pinkie Pie was bouncing along the path to Sweet Apple Acres when Rainbow Dash flew by. Instantly, Pinkie ran toward her.

"Hey! Rainbow Dash! Wait up." shouted Pinkie. Rainbow, learning her lesson from "Griffon the Brush Off," she slowly descended.

"Hi, Pinkie Pie. Where ya'h headed?" asked Rainbow.

"I'm on my way to invite Applejack to a special event and...oh, that reminds me." Pinkie reached into her basket and pulled out an invitation."Since you're here, here's your invite." said Pinkie, excited as always.

"Thanks," said Rainbow, grabbing the letter, "Oh! and while you're at Sweet Apple Acres, could you take this to Applejack?" asked Rainbow, giving a letter to Pinkie.

"Of course I will. But, what's the occasion?" asked Pinkie, receiving the letter.

"It's...a secret, but I'll tell you this, If all goes according to plan, you'll be able to throw a big party at Sugarcube..." answered Rainbow before being interrupted.

"Goody, I love love love throwing parties. Well, Good Luck to you, Rainbow," said Pinkie.

"You too, Pinkie" replied Rainbow before they went their separate ways.

So, Pinkie delivered both letters and Rainbow got ready for a night she won't forget.
