It was a cold bitter morning in Canterlot.
John awoke to terror, as explosions from what could only be discribed as an invasion.
A Royal guard shouted up to him in a drill Sargent manor "get down from there, grab a spear and help keep these ..... AGGGH."
As he was struck by a sword to the chest ripping past his rib cage and struck his hart. Blood gashed out of the newly formed hole.
John dashed down the stairs, as the room he was just in exploded.
"That was a close call" he said with a bit of relefe in his voice.
Grabbing his armour, chucking it on and with his spear hand he grabbed his bayonet. Making his way through the now burning streets of Canterlot.
Body's littered everywhere with more increasing screams of pain and wimpers as others fair into lifeless bodies.
John could only watch in horror as he saw these strange creatures massacer the innocent civilians.
The sight of his mother and father being brutally slashed made John's anger spiral out of control, if it wasn't for his training he would have rushed in there to a helpless cause. Anyone could see a clear disadvantage when there is 10 of them and only one guards pony.
"These beings that were attacking the grate nation has this weird contraption, what are these things" John though to him self. However this was brought to a quick stop as the contraption fired with a huge BANG, a huge explosion happened that sent parts of 15 civilian pony's body parts scattering everywhere.
"Is this what is ment by magic" John wispered to himself.
With a sigh he continued and pressed on making his way to the now colapsed Canterlot castle.
"Am I the last pony alive her in this city?" John questioned him self subconsciously unaware he had just said it out load.
A small cry of agany called out "...HELP..."
