Copper Wire is new in town, having moved from Canterlot. Penned Hearts, more commonly known as Peni, falls head over hooves for him - literally. This story tells of how they met and fell in love.

When Copper attends Ponyville High School for the first time, he's not only met a great couple of friends, but a great, artistic, sensitive, hilarious mare he oh-so wishes to ask out. And Peni feels the same way - but can she tell him in the least embarrassing way possible?
